Richard Mathey (born June 27, 1987) is an American professional wrestler who currently competes on the independent circuit and also wrestles for Lucha Underground and Championship Wrestling from Hollywood.

Professional wrestling career

Lucha Underground (2014–2019)

Mathey debuted on Lucha Underground in a dark match on October 15, 2014 in a losing effort to Hernandez as a jobber. He would however, qualify for the Aztec Warfare match for the Lucha Underground Championship, but was unsuccessful. During the first two seasons of Lucha Underground, Mandel also wrestled under a mask as Trece, one-third of the Disciples of Death Trios team, along with Barrio Negro, and Sinestro de la Muerte, though Mandel was not acknowledged to be the man under the mask. On the April 20, 2016 episode of Lucha Underground, the character of Trece, along with Barrio Negro, was killed off, when Sinestro de la Muerte turned on his partners, and ripped their hearts out. Ricky Mandel has since returned as a Johnny Mundo devotee, changing his ringname to Ricky Mundo.

Gilbert Cosme Ramírez is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler, better known by his ring names El Mesías, Mil Muertes, Ricky Banderas and King Muertes. He began his career in the International Wrestling Association based in Puerto Rico. Ricardo Fuentes Romero is a second-generation Mexican professional wrestler, known by his ring name Ricky Marvin, and is most known for his work in the Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling Noah. Between 2005 and 2007, he also wrestled as the masked Mushiking Joker character, a storyline arch-enemy of "Mushiking Terry", who was played by his then-tag team partner Kotaro Suzuki. His ring name is the Latin word for Silver. Argenis is the son of retired professional wrestler Dr. Karonte and has wrestled as Dr. Karonte Jr. in the past, as well as Hijo del Dr. Karonte. Argenis' real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. Vélez has also performed for Impact Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Negro Navarro is the ring name of Miguel Calderón Navarro, a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler. Navarro works as a Freelancer on the Mexican independent circuit as well as making regular appearances for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). Navarro often teams with his sons, who are known as Trauma I and Trauma II. Negro Navarro was part of Los Misioneros de la Muerte with El Signo and El Texano; a team that is credited with popularizing the Trios match in Mexico to the point that it became the most common match for Trios teams in Mexican Lucha Libre.

Lucha Underground Trios Championship Professional wrestling trios tag team championship

The Lucha Underground Trios Championship was a professional wrestling world tag team championship promoted by Lucha Underground. In contrast to usual tag team championships for two wrestlers, it is exclusively for three-man tag teams, also known as trios in Lucha libre. The titles were announced by the storyline owner of Lucha Underground, Dario Cueto on a show that aired on January 25, 2015, followed by a trios tournament that played out over several episodes of Lucha Underground. The final champions were The Reptile Tribe.

Ultima Lucha 1 38th and 39th episodes of the first season of Lucha Underground

"Ultima Lucha" is the name of the final episodes of the first season of professional wrestling TV series Lucha Underground. The first part of Ultima Lucha, episode 38, premiered on the El Rey Network on July 29 and the two-hour final episode Ultima Lucha, episode 39, premiered on August 5, 30 on the El Rey Network and he later shown in Mexico on the UniMás network in a version with Spanish commentary. The episodes was the season one zenith of several ongoing storylines that played out throughout the first season of Lucha Underground. As part of the season finale all three of the Lucha Underground championships were on the line in a match, including a match to determine the first ever Lucha Underground Gift of the Gods Champion. The episodes earned critical acclaim.

Luchasaurus American professional wrestler

Austin Matelson is an American professional wrestler and television personality currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he performs under the ring name Luchasaurus, and is one half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions alongside Jungle Boy in their first reign. He is also known for his work in Lucha Underground as Vibora and also works the independent circuit under the Luchasaurus gimmick. He was signed to WWE where he wrestled under the ring name Judas Devlin in NXT. He was also a house-guest on the reality competition, Big Brother 17, in which he placed 5th.

<i>Lucha Underground</i> (season 1) Season of television series

The first season of Lucha Underground, a lucha libre or professional wrestling show, aired from October 29, 2014 through August 5, 2015 on the El Rey Network in the United States and on later dates on UniMás in Mexico. The debut season of Lucha Underground had 39 episodes in total and presented Lucha libre as a mixture of reality and fiction, adding fantastical elements and movie style backstage clips mixed in with wrestling matches.
