Yoshitoshi Recordings is a dance music record label which is owned and operated by house producer Sharam. It was founded in 1994. While pigeonholed as a progressive label, its releases in fact cover a broad spectrum of modern dance music, reflecting the eclectic tastes of its owners. The first release on the label was Submarine's self-titled single.
"Meglio stasera" is a 1963 song in samba rhythm with music by Henry Mancini, Italian lyrics by Franco Migliacci and English lyrics by Johnny Mercer. The song reached number-one on the UK Singles Chart for two weeks in November 1992, and was also number one in New Zealand, Germany, Austria and Zimbabwe. It was a top five hit in several other European countries while in Australia and Canada it went to number 3. The single became a Top 20 hit in the US, peaking at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and it achieved award-winning sales, earning a platinum record in the UK, a gold record in both Germany and Austria and silver record award in France.
"Love Is Gone" is a song by French house DJ David Guetta and American singer Chris Willis. It is the second single from Guetta's third studio album, Pop Life. The single was released in France in June 2007 and in the UK in August 2007. The song reached No. 9 on the UK Singles Chart, becoming his second Top 10 hit. The song also received crossover airplay on top 40 radio stations in the United States, leading it to reach No. 98 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song has been remixed by its co-producers Frédéric Riesterer & Joachim Garraud, Eddie Thoneick, Fuzzy Hair and Amo & Navas. The Fred Rister & Joachim Garraud remix was the first David Guetta production to use a guitar sample which was later used in the songs "I Gotta Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas and "Gettin' Over". The music video of the song features American actress Kelly Thiebaud.
Eddie Amador is best known as an international house music producer, remixer and DJ. He penned the song "House Music" in 1997 and is an established icon in house music.
"Beat It" is a song by American singer Michael Jackson from his sixth studio album, Thriller (1982). It was written by Jackson and produced by Jackson and Quincy Jones. Jones encouraged Jackson to include a rock song on the album. Jackson later said: "I wanted to write a song, the type of song that I would buy if I were to buy a rock song... and I wanted the children to really enjoy it—the school children as well as the college students." It includes a guitar solo by Eddie Van Halen.
"Not as We" is a 2008 song from Alanis Morissette's seventh studio album, Flavors of Entanglement. The song premiered on the American television series House in season 4 of episode 3, "97 Seconds". "Not as We" was remixed and released as the second single from Flavors of Entanglement in North America, while "In Praise of the Vulnerable Man" was released as the second single in Europe. The single was released to radio on October 13, 2008. On November 25, 2008 the Not as We (Remixes) EP was released in Canada. The EP includes the radio edit and six other remixes.

"Spanish Eddie" is a song by American singer Laura Branigan, released as the lead single from her fourth studio album, Hold Me (1985). The song was produced by Jack White and arranged by Harold Faltermeyer. Released in July 1985, the single became Branigan's sixth top-40 entry in the United States in two and a half years, peaking at number 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 37 on the Cash Box singles chart. It also peaked at number 29 on the Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart, while a 12″ dance version reached number 26 on the Hot Dance Club Play chart.

It was released on 4 November 2013 as the fourth single from the Pet Shop Boys' twelfth studio album, Electric (2013). "Rise Like a Phoenix" is a pop song performed by Austrian singer Conchita Wurst, and the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. Selected to represent Austria at the Eurovision Song Contest in Denmark, its official release on 18 March 2014 was followed on 21 March by Conchita's first live TV performance of the song, on the ORF show Dancing Stars. "Rise Like a Phoenix" was Austria's second winning entry in the competition, their first being in 1966.

"Diamond Crowned Queen" is a song recorded by American drag queen Raja, which was released on May 3, 2011, through the record label Citrusonic Flavor Recordings. This was shortly after he was crowned winner of the third season of the reality competition series RuPaul's Drag Race. Raja and Anthony Garza wrote the single in collaboration with its producers Eddie Amador and Josh Peace. Raja said that he recorded the song due to the close connection between drag and music and his desire to experiment in the medium. Backed by an electronic beat, it is a neo-pop track with lyrics revolving around sexuality. The song was noted by music critics for its combination of pop music, techno, and electro music.
"Rise" is a song by British DJ and music producer Jonas Blue featuring American pop-rap duo Jack & Jack. It was released on 25 May 2018 by Positiva Records and Virgin EMI Records.
