Rituraj Sinha [1] (born 29 November 1980) is an entrepreneur, and the Group Managing Director [2] of SIS Group, an Indian Multinational and Market Leader in Security, Facility Management & Cash Logistics space. SIS Group is a Fortune India 500 [3] company and one of India's largest private sector employers. [4]
Rituraj Sinha was born on 29 November 1980 in Ranchi, Jharkhand (erstwhile Bihar) to Ravindra Kishore Sinha & Rita Kishore Sinha. He has a younger sister, Rivoli Sinha.
Rituraj did his initial schooling at Don Bosco School, Patna. [5] As the crime situation and education environment in Bihar deteriorated in the early 1990s, he was sent to Boarding School. He joined the Doon School, Dehradun and completed his higher secondary. Rituraj made the most of the opportunities The Doon School presented. He received the prestigious Scholars Blazer for excellence in academics, Duke of Edinburgh's Award (now known as International Award for Young People) for Co-Curricular activities and was a member of the Editorial Team of The Doon School Weekly. He was a School Prefect, represented Doon School at the prestigious Round Square Conference at San Diego (U.S.) and was part of the Doon School Expedition to Mt. Imja Tse (Island Peak; 20,305 feet [6,189 m]) in the Mount Everest Range in Nepal.

After a brief work stint in UK, Rituraj returned to India in 2002 and joined his family business, SIS. As part of a larger professional management team, the initial focus was on business process re-engineering and geographical expansion of SIS which was a INR 25 crore company [7] at that point but a very well regarded brand in the i-ndustry.
2005 – 2010
During this period, SIS scaled rapidly to become one of the largest private security companies in India. Rituraj led the first round of private equity investment in SIS (2007). SIS also accomplished the first cross border acquisition by an Indian company in Security sector, when SIS acquired Chubb Security business in Australia (2008), which was at that point was eight times the size of SIS in revenue terms. With an ambition to transform SIS from a private security major to a business services market leader, [8] Rituraj partnered ServiceMaster Corporation, USA (2009) to launch ServiceMaster Clean in India. SIS also ventured into Cash Logistics (2006). SIS revenues crossed INR 1000 crore milestone in 2009.
2011 – 2015
Continuing with the scale with specialization agenda, SIS entered into Pest Control segment through a joint venture with Terminix, USA (2012) and converted its Cash Logistics business into a joint venture with Prosegur, Spain (2012). SIS also raised its second round of private equity (2013).
2016 onwards
With an aim of market leadership, SIS [9] Group reorganized its business into four segments, Security Solutions India, Security Solutions International, Facility Management & Cash Logistics. Each led by an independent professional management team. SIS Group launched its IPO and listed its shares on NSE & BSE in 2017. The company also made several strategic acquisitions [10] across India, Australia, New Zealand & Singapore during this period.
