History

In July 2022, GT Capital Holdings Inc. and SM Prime Holdings Inc. have joined in order to develop the township; it will have commercial and residential spaces, as well as different institutions such as schools and hospitals. [1]

Education

In October 28, 2025, the GT Capital Holdings Inc. and Ateneo de Manila University signed an agreement to establish Ateneo de Manila University – General Trias it will accommodate 15 hectare land, it is expected to open in 2030. [2]
