Robert Aschberg (born 19 March 1952 on Kungsholmen, in Stockholm) is a Swedish journalist and media executive. [1] He works for the Swedish television channel TV3. Robert Aschberg was a Maoist in his youth, but in the seventies he left communism for mainstream entertainment. [2] Robert is the grandson of Olof Aschberg, a Swedish bank entrepreneur.

Nils Gösta Holmberg was a communist leader in Sweden. He was born on 23 December 1902 in Stockholm. Holmberg was a member of the Young Communist League of Sweden (SKU) from 1926 to 1929. He was a member of the executive committee of SKU. Later on, he became a leading member of the mother party, the Communist Party of Sweden (SKP). In 1933 he was inducted into the Central Committee of the party, a position he held until 1956.

Olof Aschberg was a Swedish banker of Jewish descent who served as head of the Stockholm bank Nya Banken. From August 18, 1922 on he served as Director-General of Roscombank, which was later transformed into Vnesheconombank. Aschberg was a leftist sympathizer and helped finance the Bolsheviks during the Russian Revolution. In gratitude, the Bolshevik government allowed Aschberg to do business with the Soviet Union during the 1920s. His codirectors included prominent Swedish cooperatives and Swedish socialists, including G. W. Dahl, K. G. Rosling, and C. Gerhard Magnusson.

Karl Helge Hampus Hellekant, later Karl Svensson, is a Swedish neo-Nazi who was sentenced to 11 years in prison for the murder of syndicalist union member Björn Söderberg on 12 October 1999. Shortly before the murder, Hellekant and some of his friends created "death lists" of more than 1200 Swedish individuals they wanted dead. Because of the content of the lists, his friends were also sentenced and the murder was declared a hate crime. Hellekant's efforts to become a physician, and his eventual dismissal from medical school at Karolinska Institute, became a controversial case in medical ethics.

Björn Söderberg was a Swedish union active syndicalist who was murdered in Sätra, Stockholm on October 12, 1999.

The Malexander murders were the murders of two police officers, Robert Karlström and Olle Borén, at Malexander, Sweden, on 28 May 1999. The murders were committed after a bank robbery in Kisa earlier that day. Three men were convicted of the crimes, Tony Olsson, Andreas Axelsson and former mercenary Jackie Arklöv. The murders in Malexander were among the most high-profile cases in Sweden. The three perpetrators were active neo-Nazis and the robbery spree before the murders was committed as part of their plan to collect money to fund and create a "revolutionary" Nazi organization.

De Vet Du is a Swedish music group formed in 2010 mixing humor and sarcasm in their music. De Vet Du, or at times De vet du started in Lidingö, a suburb of Stockholm by four friends Christopher Martland, Johan Gunterberg, Tor Wallin, and the so-called "DJ Hunk".
