Roland Agalliu (born 5 July 1961) is an Albanian retired football player. [1] He was the first foreigner to play in the Romanian First League after the Romanian Revolution. [2] [3]

It was the eighth season to take place since the play-off/play-out format has been introduced. Farul Constanța claimed the title, ending the five season domination of the Transylvanian side CFR Cluj.
