Ron Peters is an American politician who served as Tulsa County Commissioner from 2013 to 2022 and in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2000 to 2012.
Peters was born in Tulsa and attended the University of Tulsa. He worked in the oil and gas industry as a government affairs specialist and in public relations. [1]

In July 2013,Tulsa County Commissioner Fred Perry announced he would retire,triggering a special election. [lower-alpha 1] Peters was the Republican nominee and faced Democrat John Bomar in an August election. [3] He was reelected in 2018. [2] In 2020,Peters supported a proposition to allow alcohol sales on Sundays. [4] In 2021,he opposed increased state government control of county health departments during the COVID-19 pandemic and advocated local control of the department. [5]
Peters retired from the commission in January 2022 and was succeeded by his deputy,Vicki Adams,until a special election could be held. [6] [7] Former Mayor of Jenks Kelly Dunkerley won the special election. [8]

Brian John Bingman is an American politician from the U.S. state of Oklahoma who has served in elected and appointed offices since the 1990s. A member of the Republican Party, he was first elected to the Sapulpa city commission in 1992, before being elected mayor by his fellow commissioners in 1994. He would serve in both of these offices until 2004, when he was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives to represent the 30th district. After one term in the house, Bingman ran for the 12th district of the Oklahoma Senate in 2006 and would hold the seat until term limited in 2016. In 2011, he was elected by Republican senators to serve as the President pro tempore of the Oklahoma Senate, a position he would hold until retirement in 2016.
Nathan Ryan Dahm is an American politician who has served as the Oklahoma State Senator for the 33rd district since 2012. Prior to holding office, Dahm worked as a missionary in Romania and was a Tea Party activist in Tulsa County. Dahm has thrice unsuccessfully sought federal office: first running for Oklahoma's 1st congressional district in 2010, then running for Oklahoma's 1st congressional district again in 2018, and then running for retiring senator Jim Inhofe's United States Senate seat in 2022. He is term-limited in 2024.

On December 17, 2021, O'Donnell was indicted in relation to a tag agency corruption scandal. He resigned as speaker pro tempore on February 2, 2022 but later rejoined House Republican leadership in 2023 as majority whip, "a position that involves coordinating the teams of legislators that whip vote counts ahead of key bills."
