Rooster's Brewing Co. is a family-owned brewery in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. The Rooster's brewery was established by Sean and Alison Franklin in 1993. In 2011, the Franklins sold the brewery to Ian Fozard and his sons Tom and Oliver. [1]
Outlaw Brewing Co is a subsidiary label of Rooster's Brewery. Under this name, the company makes experimental and seasonal beers.

Cloudwater Brew Co is an independent craft brewery based in Manchester, England. In 2017 and 2018, Cloudwater was ranked among the ten best breweries in the world by beer scoring website RateBeer, becoming the only UK brewery ever to be featured. Jaega Wise is an English beer brewer, campaigner, broadcaster and author. Born in London and raised in Nottingham, she is the head brewer and co-founder of London-based Wild Card Brewery and in 2018 was named "Brewer of the Year" by the British Guild of Beer Writers. Before becoming a brewer, she studied chemical engineering and worked as a chemicals trader. Alongside brewing, Wise campaigns on various issues within the beer and wider drinks industries, including sexism, race and disability. She has also presented several radio and television shows, including BBC Radio 4's The Food Programme and Amazon Prime's Beer Masters.
Sophie de Ronde is a British brewer. She has been head brewer of Suffolk-based Burnt Mill Brewery since 2017, and previously brewed at Brentwood Brewing Company between 2007 and 2014. In 2019, she was named "Brewer of the Year" by the British Guild of Beer Writers. De Ronde is the founder of the International Women's Collaboration Brew Day as well as being a co-founder of Beer Day Britain. Unusually for a brewer, she is unable to drink most beer as she is allergic to wheat and barley.
