Rosemund Dienye Green-Osahogulu (born 12 April 1956) is a Vice-Chancellor of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education that is based in Rumuolumeni Port Harcourt, Rivers State in Nigeria.

Green-Osahogulu was born in the Kingdom of Bonny in 1956. She was the first Vice-Chancellor of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education that is based in Rumuolumeni Port Harcourt, Rivers State in Nigeria. [1] Her appointment was made by the state governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi in October 2013. [2]

Obio-Akpor is a local government area in the metropolis of Port Harcourt, one of the major centres of economic activities in Nigeria, and one of the major cities of the Niger Delta, located in Rivers State. The local government area covers 260 km2 and at the 2006 Census held a population of 464,789. Its postal code or ZIP code is 500102. Obio-Akpor has its headquarters at Rumuodomaya. Government Comprehensive Secondary School (GCSS) is the premier comprehensive secondary school in Nigeria.
