Ruth Williams (born 31 August 1989) is a Jamaican female badminton player. [1] In 2014, he competed at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. [2] In 2015, he competed at the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada. [3] In 2016, she won the Jamaica International tournament in the women's doubles event partnered with Katherine Wynter. [4]

Jamaica country in the Caribbean

Badminton racquet sport

Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" and "doubles". Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach; formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Points are scored by striking the shuttlecock with the racquet and landing it within the opposing side's half of the court.

Shinta Mulia Sari is an Indonesian-born Singaporean badminton player. She represented Singapore in the 2012 Summer Olympics, in the women's doubles with Yao Lei.
