On 21 May 2013, Sirius XM Holdings, Inc. was incorporated, and in January 2020, Sirius XM reorganized their corporate structure, which made Sirius XM Radio Inc. a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius XM Holdings, Inc.

The Jeep Gladiator is a midsize pickup truck manufactured by the Jeep division of Stellantis North America. It was introduced at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 28, 2018, and went on sale in the spring of 2019. Based on the same platform as the Wrangler JL, the Gladiator is Jeep's first pickup truck since the Comanche was discontinued in 1992.

Ford Bronco Sport Motor vehicle

The Ford Bronco Sport is a compact crossover SUV sold by Ford and marketed under the Bronco nameplate. It was released alongside the Bronco body-on-frame SUV, featuring a similar retro and off-road styling in a smaller footprint. The vehicle is based on the front-wheel drive-based, unibody C2 platform, which is also used by the Ford Escape crossover and Maverick pickup.

Jeep Wagoneer (WS) Motor vehicle

The Jeep Wagoneer and the Grand Wagoneer are full-size SUVs produced by the Jeep division of Stellantis North America. Both vehicles were revealed in March 2021 for the 2022 model year. Both models are marketed without the Jeep brand and not equipped with the Jeep badge, as both models are described by the company as the "premium extension" of the Jeep brand. Production of the 2022 Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer commenced in the first half of 2021 at Warren Truck Assembly.
