SS Antenor was the second of five ships to bear the name. She was built in 1896 by Workman, Clark and Company at Belfast, Northern Ireland. She was built for Alfred Holt and Company, who owned various shipping lines including the Nederlandsche Stoomvaart Maatschappij Oceaan (NSMO) and Blue Funnel Line. SS Antenor had a gross registered tonnage (GRT) of 5,570, was 422 feet long, had a beam of 49 feet 4 inches and a service speed of 10 knots. She was powered by a triple expansion steam engine, 4000 IHP. Her sister ships were SS Glaucus (1896), SS Patroclus (1896) and SS Prometheus (1896). She was the last of the class and cost £62,796, £5 cheaper than her sister ship SS Patroclus.
SS Antenor was transferred in 1914 to Nederlandsche Stoomvaart Maatschappij Oceaan, but later reverted to the British flag.
On 9 February 1918, in the final year of the First World War, she was hit by a torpedo whilst in the Mediterranean. With assistance, she was able to make port for repairs.
In 1925 she was sold to Atlantide S. A. per Imprese Marittima of Genoa, Italy and renamed Fortunato. In the following year, 1926, she was broken up in Italy, after 28 years of service.

SS Cyclops was a British cargo steamship of Alfred Holt and Company. She was built in Glasgow in 1906, served in both the First and Second World Wars and survived two German submarine attacks in 1917. A German submarine sank her in January 1942 off the coast of Nova Scotia, killing 87 of the men aboard her. This was the first attack of the Kriegsmarine's Unternehmen Paukenschlag to destroy Allied merchant shipping in the Western Atlantic.
MV Sebastiano Veniero, formerly MV Jason, was a 6,310 GRT cargo and passenger motor ship that was built in Monfalcone, Italy in 1940. In 1941 she was damaged by a Royal Navy submarine in the Mediterranean Sea, killing at least 300 UK and Dominion prisoners of war, and possibly many more. She did not sink but was beached on the coast of the Peloponnese, where she was torpedoed again a week later and became a total loss.
SS Rotterdam was a 19th-century ocean-going steamer. She was built in 1878 by the shipbuilding firm, Harland and Wolff, and had a gross tonnage of 3,361 tons. Originally named British Empire, she was owned by the British Ship Owners Co. and operated by the American Line. Her maiden voyage began on September 25, 1878, going from Liverpool, England, to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 13 days, arriving on October 7, 1878. The Liverpool-Philadelphia line was her main route until being sold in 1886 to the Nederlandsche-Amerikaansche Stoomvaart Maatschappij, more commonly known as the Holland America Line. She was then renamed Rotterdam, being the second HAL ship to bear that name. Her route was also changed to Rotterdam-New York City, later being modified in 1890 to Amsterdam-New York City. In 1895, her name was once again changed to Edam, of which she was the third HAL ship. She continued ferrying passengers and cargo across the Atlantic Ocean until 1899 after which she was scrapped in Italy.
