SS City of Cork was a British single screw steamer made of iron for the Inman Line in 1862. She was built by William Denny & Co. [1] [2]
After being completed and handed over to the Inman Line, she was readied for her maiden voyage, which happened on 21 March 1863. She would get 6 more round trips with the Inman Line before being sold in 1871. [3]
After being sold to Italy by the Inman Line, she was renamed to Mediterraneo. It is unknown what happened after she was renamed.
