The beaches of Saint-Tropez, France, are generally divided in three parts: in-town beaches, Pampelonne beach and other nearby beaches.
They consist of La Glaye, La Ponche and La Fontanette. As Saint Tropez is several hundred years old, the three beaches are small or even tiny and they are located near the heart of the village. [1]
Pampelonne is the kind of beach considered a Saint-Tropez beach by most people. [2] It is a long, mostly sandy beach, located about 5 km south-east to Saint-Tropez. Only half of the beach belongs to the commune of Saint-Tropez, but famous beach clubs – strictly speaking located in Ramatuelle – often use the term Saint-Tropez beach.
Most parts of the beach have their own parking lots, toilets, showers, changing facilities, cafes, restaurants, lifeguard patrols, rentable sun-loungers and wind-surfing opportunities.
Most of the famous clubs are located on Pampelonne beach. These include: Bagatelle, Club 55, La Voile Rouge (a resort for the rich and famous (renamed Latoya, and after a ten-year legal battle, destroyed in December 2011), [3] Nikki Beach, and Verde.
This beach was popularised in the film And God Created Woman with Brigitte Bardot. The beach is accessed by heading to the Bay of Pampelonne and walking to the northern section of Pampelonne Beach. It is accessible via an unpaved road. [4]

Var is a department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. It is bordered on the east by the Alpes-Maritimes department; to the west by Bouches-du-Rhône; to the north of the river Verdon by the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department; and to the south by the Mediterranean Sea. It had a population of 1,076,711 in 2019.

Saint-Tropez is a commune in the Var department and the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Southern France. It is 68 kilometres west of Nice and 100 kilometres east of Marseille, on the French Riviera, of which it is one of the best-known towns. In 2018, Saint-Tropez had a population of 4,103. Montenegro is one of the fastest-growing tourist destinations. In 2007, over a million tourists visited Montenegro, making some 7.3 million overnight stays. Port Grimaud is a seaside town that forms part of the commune of Grimaud in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France. It is located seven km west of Saint-Tropez and seven km southwest of Sainte-Maxime. This seaside town was created by architect François Spoerry in the 1960s by modifying the marshes of the river Giscle on the bay of Saint-Tropez. Built with channels in a Venetian manner, but with French "fisherman"-style houses resembling those in Saint-Tropez, Spoerry called his style L'architecture douce.
Sainte-Maxime is a commune in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. Located on the French Riviera, 90 km (56 mi) west from Nice and 130 km (81 mi) east from Marseille, it had a population of 13,968 in 2017. Its inhabitants are called Maximois or Maximoises in French.
Whitesands Bay is a Blue Flag beach situated on the St David's peninsula in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Wales. Whitesand Bay, on some maps, located 2 miles (3.2 km) west of St. Davids and 1 mile (1.6 km) south of St Davids Head, has been described as the best surfing beach in Pembrokeshire.

Prior to the club's business, Jack Penrod was the largest McDonald's franchise owner in Florida in the 1980s.
Riviera is a British-Irish drama television series created by Neil Jordan. It premiered on Sky Atlantic on 15 June 2017. The series stars Anthony LaPaglia, Julia Stiles, Lena Olin, Adrian Lester, Iwan Rheon, Dimitri Leonidas and Roxane Duran. The first season of Riviera was released on 15 June 2017 on Sky Box Sets and NOW TV, and was Sky's most successful original series, with an audience of 2.3 million an episode, and more than 20 million downloads and views total. The first season premiered in the U.S. on 9 February 2019 on Ovation. The second season premiered on the network beginning on May 8, 2021 as part of the "Mystery Alley" block in a deal with Sky Studios. The second season was announced on 21 November 2017. It was renewed for a third season on 24 May 2019.
