Salih Kuyas

Salih Kuyas is a Turkish philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2002. He specialises in the postal stationery of the Ottoman region, his collections of which have won large gold medals. In 1991 he won the Tilleard Medal of the Royal Philatelic Society London for his display of Levant postal stationery. [1] In 2002 he won the European Award for Philatelic Merit. [2]

The Royal Philatelic Society London award the Lee Medal in memory of Alma and her husband Ron.

In 2021 he issued the two volume book "Denmark Postal Stationery - The Bi-coloured Issue 1871-1905".

James Van der Linden is a Belgian postal historian who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2002. He specialises in the postal history of Belgium and its colonies. In 1995 he received the Crawford Medal of the Royal Philatelic Society London for his book Catalogue des marques de passage.
