Salvatierra is a subcomarca of Guijuelo in the province of Salamanca, Castile and León, Spain. It contains eight municipalities:^[1]

Comarca de Guijuelo is a comarca in the province of Salamanca, Castile and León. It contains the following subcomarcas:

Salamanca is a province of western Spain, in the western part of the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is bordered by the provinces of Zamora, Valladolid, Ávila, and Cáceres; it is bordered on the west by Portugal. It has an area of 12,349 km ² and in 2018 had a population of 331,473 people. It is divided into 362 municipalities, 11 comarcas, 32 mancomunidades and five judicial districts. Of the 362 municipalities, more than half are villages with fewer than 300 people.

Castile and León is an autonomous community in north-western Spain. It was constituted in 1983, although it existed for the first time during the First Spanish Republic in the 19th century. León first appeared as a Kingdom in 910, whilst the Kingdom of Castile gained an independent identity in 1065 and was intermittently held in personal union with León before merging with it permanently in 1230. It is the largest autonomous community in Spain and the third largest region of the European Union, covering an area of 94,223 square kilometres (36,380 sq mi) with an official population of around 2.5 million (2011).

Aldeavieja de Tormes is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, western Spain, part of the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is located only 50 kilometres (31 mi) from the city of Salamanca and has a population of 104 people.

Berrocal de Salvatierra is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, western Spain, part of the autonomous community of Castile-Leon. It is 45 kilometres (28 mi) from the provincial capital city of Salamanca and has a population of 91 people.

Fuenterroble de Salvatierra is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, western Spain, part of the autonomous community of Castile-Leon. It is located 54 kilometres (34 mi) from the provincial capital city of Salamanca and has a population of 243 people.

The Tormes is a Spanish river, that starts in Prado Tormejón, in the mountain range of Gredos, Navarredonda de Gredos, province of Ávila. It crosses the provinces of Avila and Salamanca, ending at the Duero river, at a place known locally as Ambasaguas, after 284 kilometres (176 mi). This river is not able to provide the water supply to the population during summer and for this reason, the dam of Santa Teresa was constructed in 1960, with a capacity of 496 million cubic metres (402,000 acre⋅ft) to regulate and assure the water supply in summer, as well as to moderate high flows in winter. Also it has the dam of Villagonzalo and the Almendra Dam, near to where it joins the Duero.

Gonzalo Hinojal Neila, simply known as Gonzalo, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for CF Talavera de la Reina as a central defender.

Alto Tormes is a comarca of Ávila and a is a subcomarca of Guijuelo in the province of Salamanca and Ávila, Castile and León.
