Sam Patterson (born April 30, 1996) is an English mixed martial artist who competes in the Welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Patterson started his career at 4-1 Fighting throughout the world in the countries such as India, Bahrain and The United Kingdom. [1]
Patterson would fight Ahmed Amir at BRAVE CF 23 on April 19, 2019. The fight ended in a split draw. [2]
Patterson would next fight SBG Ireland fighter Cian Cowley at BRAVE CF 33 on December 27, 2019. He won the fight via third round submission. [3]
Patterson would then face UFC veteran Felipe Silva at BRAVE CF 41 on September 17, 2020. He won the fight via first-round knockout. [4]
Patterson would next face Ylies Djiroun on June 4, 2021, at BRAVE CF 51. He won the fight via unanimous decision. [5]
Patterson's next fight was against Kamil Magomedov at BRAVE CF 55 on November 6, 2021. He won the fight via second round submission. [6]
Patterson would then face Khunkar-Pasha Osmaev at BRAVE CF 57 on March 11, 2022. He won the fight via second-round technical knockout. [7]

Sam Patterson was born and raised in Watford. He credits his younger brother with introducing him to mixed martial arts, stating that he first tried MMA after accompanying his brother to a local gym and quickly became “addicted” to the sport.
Growing up, he admired fighters such as Anthony Pettis from his World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) days, citing them as inspirations for his own fighting style and progression into a professional MMA career.
Outside of fighting, Patterson has said that he loves food and often cooks banana pancakes and Thai desserts like mango sticky rice when not in training. [23]
