Samrat is a 1994 Indian Kannada-language action thriller film written and directed by Naganna, making his debut, [1] and produced by M. Rajashekar. [2] The film starred Vishnuvardhan, [3] Sowmya Kulkarni (in her Kannada debut) and Vinaya Prasad. The film's music is scored by Hamsalekha whilst the cinematography is by J.G. Krishna.
The music of the film was composed and lyrics written by Hamsalekha. [4] After release, the soundtrack was well received and the track "Nimakade Sambarandre" became an all-time hit song. [5] It is rated as one of the top 10 Kannada patriotic songs by Filmibeat. [5]

Arinthum Ariyamalum is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language crime action film written and directed by Vishnuvardhan. It stars Navdeep, Prakash Raj, and newcomers Arya and Sameksha, while Adithya, Sangili Murugan, Krishna, and Yog Japee play pivotal roles. The film's music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Premaloka is a 1987 Indian romantic musical film directed by Ravichandran, in his directorial debut, and produced by N. Veeraswamy under Sri Eshwari Productions. The film, based on the 1982 film Grease 2, was made simultaneously in Kannada and Tamil with the Tamil version titled Paruva Ragam.
