San Diego Polo Club is a polo club in Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego County, California. It was founded in 1986. [1] The club is situated on 80 acres of land, offering five polo fields. It includes an exercise track, riding trails, a clubhouse and bar, a polo training school, and an outdoor lighted arena.

Cathedral Catholic High School (CCHS) is a private coeducational Catholic college preparatory day school in San Diego, California, serving grades 9–12. It is operated by the Diocese of San Diego. In 1970, Cathedral Girls High School, a girls’ school dating back to 1939 and located in downtown San Diego, merged with the all-boys University High School founded in 1957. In 1971, the newly constituted and expanded University of San Diego High School graduated its first coeducational class. Uni or the University of San Diego High School (USDHS), was located in the Linda Vista neighborhood of San Diego. Construction began on CCHS at its current location on Del Mar Heights Road in Carmel Valley in 1999. In 2005, the school including all faculty, administration, and students, moved to that campus and changed its name to Cathedral Catholic High School. Cathedral Catholic High School is accredited by the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA), the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and holds membership with the College Board.
The San Diego State Aztecs are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent San Diego State University (SDSU). The university fields 17 varsity teams in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)'s Division I, primarily as a member of the Mountain West Conference. The Aztecs football team competes in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), the highest level of NCAA football competition. Canyon Hills High School is a public high school in the community of Tierrasanta in San Diego, California. Previously known as Junipero Serra High School, it was named for Junípero Serra, a Spanish missionary who founded Mission San Diego and other settlements in what is now California. It is a traditional school in the San Diego Unified School District and is the high school for students from Tierrasanta and the adjacent Murphy Canyon military housing community. On March 9, 2021, the San Diego Unified School Board voted to change the name of the school to Canyon Hills High School.
The Collegiate Water Polo Association is a conference of colleges and universities in the Eastern United States that sponsor 19 men's teams and 17 women's teams that compete in varsity water polo. The winners of the conference tournaments earn one of the four spots in the NCAA Men's Water Polo Championship and one of the eight spots in the NCAA Women's Water Polo Championship. The CWPA sponsors club team competition in 17 men's divisions and 13 women's divisions across the United States.

San Diego de Alcala Parish Church, colloquially known as Polo Church, is a Roman Catholic church in Valenzuela, located about 15.5 kilometres (9.6 mi) north of Manila in the Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Malolos. The original church was the oldest church in the city of Valenzuela, built by Father Juan Taranco and finished by Father Jose Valencia in 1632. Destroyed during World War II, its surviving belfry is the oldest in the city.

Maria Tsouri is a Greek water polo player, part of Greece women's national water polo team that won the Silver Medal at the 2010 European Championship in Zagreb, the Gold Medal at the 2005 FINA Women's Water Polo World League in Kirishi and the Bronze Medal at the 2010 World League in San Diego. She also competed with the Greece women's national water polo team in the 2006 European Water Polo Championship, the 2007 World Championship, the 2008 European Championship and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

The first edition of the tournament was held in February 2022 and featured clubs from Major League Soccer, MLS Next Pro, and the USL Championship. It was expanded to include National Women's Soccer League teams in the 2024 edition.
