Brand New is the fifth studio album by American hip hop group Salt-N-Pepa, released on October 21, 1997, by London Records. The group's international label at the time, Red Ant Entertainment, filed for bankruptcy before the album was officially released; aside from a brief tour and some TV and print ads, almost no promotion was available to boost the record. Brand New spawned two singles: "R U Ready" and "Gitty Up". The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on November 25, 1997, a sharp decline from the group's previous efforts.

The sculpture on the album cover was created by artist Mark Fox, and is called The Binding Force.
Lucius is an American four-piece indie pop band. The group was founded in 2007 by lead vocalists Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig, joined by drummer Dan Molad, guitarist Peter Lalish, and, formerly, multi-instrumentalist Andrew Burri. Originating in Brooklyn, the band relocated to Los Angeles in 2015.
This Is... Icona Pop is the second studio album and debut international album by Swedish synth-pop duo Icona Pop, released on 24 September 2013 by Swedish independent record label TEN Music Group and Atlantic Records subsidiary Big Beat Records in the US. "Girlfriend" was released on 4 June 2013 as the first single, followed by "All Night" on 23 July 2013. The album also includes the hit single "I Love It" which was also included on the band's Swedish-only self-titled debut album Icona Pop. On 16 September 2013, the album was made available to stream in full on the Pitchfork website. The album debuted at number 36 on the Billboard 200.
San Fermin is an American indie rock collective, led by Brooklyn-based composer and songwriter Ellis Ludwig-Leone. Known for combining indie rock, pop, and classical influences into lush compositions, they released their self-titled debut album on Downtown Records in 2013. This was followed by the records Jackrabbit and Belong in 2015 and 2017, respectively. Their fourth album, a double album titled The Cormorant I & II, was released in full in March 2020.

Allen Tate is an American vocalist, record producer, and songwriter based in Brooklyn, New York. Since 2012, he has been a singer of San Fermin, the indie-rock band led by composer Ellis Ludwig-Leone. As a producer, he has collaborated with artists including San Fermin, Wild Pink, The Districts, Daisy the Great, and Hypoluxo among others. In 2020, he and Ludwig-Leone co-founded their label Better Company Records, a joint venture with The Orchard. Tate's debut solo project, Sleepwalker, co-produced by Ludwig-Leone, was released on October 28, 2016. His sophomore record In the Waves, co-produced by John Agnello, was released on May 3, 2019.

The song features guest vocals by American singer Ariana Grande and background vocals by American gospel musician Brent Jones and his backing group The Best Life Singers. It was produced and written by Glover and Grande, along with DJ Dahi, Ludwig Göransson, and Chukwudi Hodge. Australian songwriter Sarah Aarons is also credited for writing and British producer Jai Paul provided miscellaneous production.
The Cormorant I & II, also referred to as The Cormorant, is the fourth studio album released by American band San Fermin. The album was released in two parts, functioning as a thematic double album. The first half, The Cormorant I, was released in late 2019 and the second half was released in combination with I as The Cormorant I & II in March 2020. These were the first records to be released under the band's new imprint Better Company, in partnership with Sony Music.
Ellis Joseph Ludwig-Leone is an American composer and songwriter based in Brooklyn, New York. Since 2012, he has led the chamber pop group San Fermin with whom he has released four studio albums, most recently 2020's The Cormorant. Outside of San Fermin, he has composed for a wide variety of contemporary classical ensembles and organizations, including New York City Ballet, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and Brooklyn Youth Chorus, and often works with choreographer Troy Schumacher, harpist Lavinia Meijer, Attacca Quartet, and singer-songwriter Allen Tate.
Absolute Zero is an album by American singer-songwriter and pianist Bruce Hornsby, released on April 12, 2019 by Zappo Productions. This is Hornsby's sixth solo studio album credited only to his name, the first since Halcyon Days in 2004, and his thirteenth overall album. It features a wide array of guest musicians, including Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, jazz drummer Jack DeJohnette, and the ensemble yMusic. It also features a lyrical contribution from Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter on the closing track, "Take You There (Misty)".
