Maryam Nawaz Sharif, also known as Maryam Safdar, is a Pakistani politician and the daughter of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif. In 2012, she entered politics and was put in charge of the election campaign of PML-N during the 2013 general elections. After the elections, she was appointed the Chairperson of the Prime Minister's Youth Programme. Women in the Pakistan Armed Forces are the female officers who serve in the Pakistan Armed Forces. Women have been taking part in Pakistani military since 1947, after the establishment of Pakistan. In 2006, the first women fighter pilot batch joined the combat aerial mission command of PAF. The Pakistan Navy prohibits women from serving in the combat branch. Rather, they are appointed and serve in operations involving military logistics, staff and senior administrative offices, particularly in the regional and central headquarters. There was a rise in the number of women applying for the combat branch of PAF in 2013.

The serial is written by Asma Nabeel, directed by Shahid Shafaat and produced by Sana Shahnawaz. The title soundtrack has been composed and sung by Waqar Ali. It stars Ayesha Khan, Syed Jibran, Furqan Qureshi, Saba Hamid, Alyy Khan, Mehmood Aslam, Hira Tareen and others.

She founded a non-profit organisation, "We the Humans – Pakistan," which aims to empower local communities in Balochistan by strengthening opportunities for vulnerable women and children.
Asma Nabeel was a Pakistani screenwriter, poet, producer and creative consultant. She wrote scripts for Pakistani dramas such as Khuda Mera Bhi Hai and Khaani.
Sana Mahmud is the former footballer and basketball player from Pakistan. She was captain of the women's national team for both sports.
