Sandemo-serie in Swedish and Norwegian (in English Best Serials by Margit Sandemo; this set of serials has not been translated into English) is a 40-volume series of pulp fiction-novels by author Margit Sandemo. Those novels represent earliest works of Margit Sandemo. They were released in Norwegian women's magazines before year 1982.

Margit Sandemo

Margit Sandemo was a Norwegian-Swedish historical fantasy author. She had been the best-selling author in the Nordic countries since the 1980s, when her novel series of 47 books, The Legend of the Ice People, was published. She also wrote many other book series such as Häxmästaren and Legenden om Ljusets rike.

Legenden om Ljusets rike is a set of fantasy novels by Norwegian-Swedish writer Margit Sandemo. It includes twenty titles. This set of novels can be read in Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic and Polish. Margit Sandemo says that she wrote this series of novels because she wanted, like many other fiction writers, to portray her own view about an idealized world. Another reason to write Legenden om Ljusets rike was for the character called Marco who Sandemo created in the end of The Legend of the Ice People. She was so fond of him that she wanted to write more about Marco in the following series of novels. Those ideas took shape in her mind when she had written around half of Häxmästaren.

Häxmästaren in Swedish and Heksemesteren in Norwegian is a series of books by Norwegian-Swedish author Margit Sandemo. This series is Margit Sandemos second, following the extremely popular The Legend of the Ice People.

Trollrunor

Trollrunor in Swedish and Trollruner in Norwegian is a historical series of novels, written by Norwegian-Swedish author Margit Sandemo. The main body of this series of novels takes place in Österlen, Sweden in the end of Middle Ages. Main characters of Trollrunor are a young girl named Iliana and her partner Ravn, who is a younger son of evil lord Bogislav. Their enemy is the malicious Moon Witch. First part of this set of books came out 2005, and it has been published in Swedish and Norwegian. Trollrunor includes eleven books, and nine of them have been published until this date. The eleventh book will be published 26 November 2007 in Norway and a few weeks later in Sweden.

De svarta riddarna

De svarta riddarna in Swedish or De svarte ridderne in Norwegian is a 12-volume series of fantasy novels by Norwegian-Swedish author Margit Sandemo. It is the fourth of her long series of novels. The series begins when a 24-year-old man named Morten Andersen gets hurt badly and goes to the hospital. He expresses to his friend Unni his doubts that the accident he was in was not predestined and that he will die at his 25th birthday because of the curse which has been passed in his family.

Blåljus! is a six-volume light pocket series of novels by Margit Sandemo and published by the Swedish subsidiade Boknöje AB of the Norwegian publication Bladkompaniet in year 2004. Blåljus! is the Swedish name of the series, and it was released also in Norwegian in the same year with the name Blålys! It hasn't been translated in English or in any other language, but the English translation of the name could be the Bluelight!

Skimrande vårar in Swedish and Legenden om den øde skogen in Norwegian is a short historical novel by author Margit Sandemo from 1993. This novel describes the life of six orphans which live alone in the middle of uninhabited forest. The main character of the novel is Juliane, the sixteen-year-old eldest sister. She and her older brother Jorulv must provide for their younger brothers and sisters after their mother died, and their father went to the town, a couple of days' walk away, and never came back. The winter is approaching, and Juliane and Jorulv wonder how they are going to survive. There is no one to help them, until Juliane meets a mysterious stranger she thinks might be the Forest God. This novel has translated also to Polish.

Visst katten har djuren själ - En samling historier av och för djurvänner in Swedish and Jovisst har dyrene sjel in Norwegian is a non-fictional theme book about animals written by Norwegian-Swedish author Margit Sandemo. There is a word play in the original Swedish title of book, because the word "katten," in addition to meaning "cat," is also used in the Swedish phrase which means "damn it!" As literally translated, the title of book is An Animal Has a Soul, Damn It!

Kjære Margit!: Et festskrift til Nordens folkelesningsdronning; Margit Sandemo 70 år is a Norwegian autobiographical book by Norwegian-Swedish fantasy writer Margit Sandemo. This book has not been translated into other languages, and it has been sold out from the publisher for many years. Kjære Margit was first published in 1994. It's the 70th anniversary book of the author, about the life story of Margit Sandemo from her birthplace in the valley of Grunke to the most popular novelist of Scandinavia. There are nearly 200 pages and 100 photographs in this book. In the book there is also a list of Sandemo's novels as well as the athour's comments.

Drömmen om en vän in Swedish and Drømmen om en venn in Norwegian is a novel by Margit Sandemo. This was the first novel Margit Sandemo wrote. The novel was published in 1997, but was written as untitled in 1963. Margit Sandemo thought that it must have got lost, but found it again while she moved and cleaned up cupboards in her home.

Skattejakten is a Norwegian novel containing clues to a real-world treasure hunt. It is written by the author Margit Sandemo. The novel is only 124 pages long, and is possibly the shortest book the author has written. Skattejakten has not been reprinted after it was first published in 1999.

Den mörka sanningen - En berättelse om kärlek och omsorg, svek och mod is a love- and crime novel by Norwegian-Swedish author Margit Sandemo from 2001. Forerunner of this novel is a serial in a magazine published short novel called Sanningen. The clue and characters of Sanningen are same as in the Den mörka sanningen, it's just the extended version from that story. Den mørke sannheten is the novel's Norwegian name. In Norway Den mörka sanningen has published as part of Spesial bøker -series, which is assembled of novels by many writers. Norwegian translation is by Unni Wenche Tandberg.

Dan Hörning was born May 10, 1970 in Sweden. Dan Hörning is a Swedish historical fantasy author. His publishing house is Neogames, and up to now he has published four novels: Svärdsspel i Hadarlon, Stormens vandrare, Nemea (2007) and Lasermannen. .

She had originally planned to publish it as a serial in a Norwegian weekly magazine, but the editors of magazine abandoned it. I riddarnas spår is a non-fictional book by Norwegian-Swedish fantasy author Margit Sandemo, which deals with De svarta riddarna that was at the time newest of the series of novels by her. By autumn 1999 she had written 107 books during the last seventeen years and decided to have a holiday from writing for the next seven weeks. She hired a house in Costa Blanca, Spain, but two days after beginning the holiday she began writing the next series of novels. The husband of writer, Asbjørn Sandemo had died earlier in the same year, and she experienced writing De svarta riddarna as a kind of therapy.
