The Live Oak Historic Commercial District is a historic district in downtown Live Oak, Sutter County, California. The district includes twelve buildings and a row of palm trees; eight of the buildings and the trees contribute to the district's historical significance. Most of the buildings in the district are commercial buildings, though an Odd Fellows hall and a civic hall are also included. The oldest building in the district, the Live Oak Hall, was built circa 1875, while the latest buildings were built in the 1920s. The buildings in the district are mainly built in brick and stucco, and their designs reflect the periods in which they were built; for instance, the Live Oak Hall has narrow, arched windows popular in the 1870s, and the 1920s buildings have distinctive period brickwork.

The district contains four areas: the commercial district, the South Main Street neighborhood, the William Champ Park and environs, and the East State Street residential area. Among the notable structures are the Sherburne Bank Building, Sanford Block, Sherburne Inn (1917), Congregational Church, and Sherburne Public Library.

The Westfield Center Historic District is a historic district encompassing 157 acres (64 ha) of the civic, commercial, and industrial heart of Westfield, Massachusetts. It represents a major expansion of the Westfield Center Commercial Historic District, which included only two blocks of buildings along Elm Street in downtown Westfield. The district includes buildings representing the city's growth in the 19th century as a center of the whip-making industry, and its early years as a center for statewide educational institutions, as well as its growth as a regional center of western Hampden County. The commercial district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008; the expansion and renaming of the district took place in 2013.
The Sanford Whip Company is a historic factory located at 330 Elm Street in Westfield, Massachusetts. Built in 1883, it was owned and operated by one of the whip-making business that led Westfield to become widely known as "Whip City". The building for many years housed a novelty toy manufacturer after the market for whips declined in the early decades of the 20th century. The factory was listed individually on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008, and as part of an expanded Westfield Center Historic District in 2013. It has been converted into affordable housing space.
The West Broad Street Commercial Historic District is a national historic district located at Richmond, Virginia. The district encompasses 20 contributing buildings built between about 1900 and the late 1930s. Located in the district is the Forbes Motor Car Company (1919), Harper-Overland Company building (1921), Firestone Building (1929), Engine Company No. 10 Firehouse, and the Saunders Station Post Office (1937). The majority of the buildings are two-to-four stories in height and are composed of brick with stucco, stone and metal detailing. Located in the district is the separately listed The Coliseum-Duplex Envelope Company Building.

The district encompasses 21 contributing buildings and 1 contributing object in the central business district of Mocksville. It primarily includes residential and commercial buildings with notable examples of Classical Revival and Beaux-Arts style architecture. The district includes the previously listed Davie County Courthouse. Other notable buildings include the Davie County Jail (1916), (former) C. C. Sanford Sons Store (1937), (former) J. T. Baity/Anderson Store, (former) Meroney Hardware Company Building (1922-1924), Sanford Brothers Building (1927), (former) Southern Bank &. Trust Company Building (1923), (former) Princess Theatre, J. T. Angell Building (1910), Horn Service Station, (former) Kurfees and Ward Pure Oil Station, (former) Meroney Filling Station, and Johnstone Office Building (1939).
The Clinton Commercial Historic District encompasses the historic commercial center of Clinton, Arkansas. It encompasses a roughly triangular area, bounded by Main Street, Moss Street, and United States Route 65B, extending northwest along 65B as far as Oak Street. This area's development began in the mid-19th century, but most of its buildings date from the first half of the 20th century, representing a diversity of architectural styles popular in that time period. Notable buildings in the district include the Van Buren County Courthouse and the Walter Patterson Filling Station.
The Dardanelle Commercial Historic District encompasses the part of the historic central business district of Dardanelle, Arkansas. The district extends along Front Street, from Pine Street in the north to nearly Oak Street in the south, and includes some properties on adjacent cross streets. Although this area has been commercially active since the 1820s, its present architecture reflects the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with modestly scaled one and two story masonry building predominating.
The East Main Street Commercial Historic District in Statesboro, Georgia is a historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. It then included 16 contributing buildings: all eight buildings comprising the north side of East Main Street on the block from Siebold Street to Oak Street, and eight buildings on the south side of that block, from Oak Street returning to an alley before Siebold Street is reached.

The basically linear district runs on Main Street between Oak and Walnut Streets, and includes 18 buildings and a small city park. Most of the buildings were built in the early decades of the 20th century, and are one and two-story brick buildings.
The Red Oak Downtown Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located in Red Oak, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. At the time of its nomination it contained 104 resources, which included 73 contributing buildings, eight contributing objects, one contributing site, 15 non-contributing buildings, six non-contributing objects, and one non-contributing structure. The historic district covers most of the city's central business district. It is a flat area of land in an otherwise hilly region. The district is centered on Fountain Square, a public green space around which the town had been platted in 1857. A second public square was added in 1890 for the Montgomery County Courthouse after Red Oak won a special election to move the county seat from Frankfort.
