McGinnis Chair in Bioengineering at University of Pittsburgh and an Elected Fellow of the American Physiological Society, American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering and Biomedical Engineering Society. Michael L. Benedum Hall of Engineering is a landmark academic building on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. The building was designed in the brutalist style by the architectural firm of Deeter, Ritchey, and Sippel and completed in 1971 at a cost of $15 million. The building was honored with both the Pennsylvania Society American Institute of Architects Honor Award and Distinguished Building Award. It was built with a gift from the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation and funds from the General State Authority. It stands on a 1.8-acre (7,300 m2) site that was formerly occupied by the National Guard's Logan Armory.

He is Professor of Electrical Engineering and Dean of the Faculty at Princeton University, where he teaches and conducts research in a broad range of areas including statistical inference, pattern recognition, machine learning, information theory, and signal/image processing. He is also affiliated with the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering and the Department of Philosophy. His work in philosophy is joint with Gilbert Harman. Kulkarni served as Associate Dean for Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Science from 2003–2005, Master of Butler College from 2004-2012, Director of the Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education from 2011-2014, and Dean of the Graduate School at Princeton University from 2014-2017.

Baaghi is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Sabbir Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. A partial remake of the 2004 Telugu film Varsham, with a climax inspired by the 2011 Indonesian film The Raid: Redemption, the film stars Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles and Sudheer Babu in his Hindi debut, with Sunil Grover in a supporting role.

Ervin Sejdic is North York General Hospital's Research Chair in Artificial Intelligence for Health Outcomes. He focuses on biomedical signal processing, gait analysis, swallowing difficulties, advanced information systems in medicine, rehabilitation engineering, assistive technologies and anticipatory medical devices. He was previously a researcher at the Swanson School of Engineering, University of Pittsburgh, where he directs a research laboratory focused on engineering developments in medicine. His research has focused on creating computational biomarkers indicative of age- and disease-related changes in functional outcomes such as swallowing, gait and handwriting. In particular, he aims to develop clinically relevant solutions by fostering innovation in mechatronic systems that can be translated to bedside care.
