Sarfraz Ahmed is a serving three-star general in the Pakistan Army, currently serving as Inspector General of Arms (IG Arms) at GHQ, Rawalpindi. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}

Military career

Ahmed commissioned in 148 (SP) LAD unit of Azad Kashmir Regiment through 82th PMA Long Course in 1990. He was promoted to the rank of Major General from Brigadier in 2019. ^[1]

He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed as Inspector General of Arms at General Headquarters, Rawalpindi. ^[5] He was later appointed the National Coordinator Special Investment Facilitation Council Islamabad. ^[6]
