Satta is a 2001 album by Boozoo Bajou, the dub musical duo from Germany noted for their distinct blend of Louisiana Creole sounds with island rhythms. It was their first studio album.

King Tubbys Meets Rockers Uptown is a dub studio album by Augustus Pablo and King Tubby, released in 1976. It features Carlton Barrett on drums, Robbie Shakespeare and Aston Barrett on bass guitar, and Earl "Chinna" Smith on guitar. Pablo produced the album and played melodica, piano, organ and clavinet. The album was recorded at Randy's in Kingston, Jamaica. A distinctly different mix of the title song with vocals and dub, titled "Baby I Love You So", can be found on the Jacob Miller and Augustus Pablo 1975 album, Who Say Jah No Dread.

Lok Satta Party Indian political party

Lok Satta is a classical liberal political party in India, founded by Nagabhairava Jaya Prakash Narayana, a former I.A.S. officer and renowned activist from Andhra Pradesh. Since 1996, the Lok Satta Movement functioned as a non-governmental organisation, but on 2 October 2006, the movement was reorganised into a formal political party. The party intends to further the causes of the Lok Satta Movement, including a reduction in the size of the cabinet, promotion of the Right to Information Act, and disclosure of criminal records and assets by political candidates. Beginning with the 2009 elections the party has adopted a whistle as their official symbol. Balvand Rai was a poet mystic and rebeck player in the court of Guru Arjan. He was a Muslim belonging to the Mirasi community who embraced Sikh thought during the time of Guru Arjan. Satta is a 2003 Indian political drama film co-written and directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. It stars Raveena Tandon in the lead role and Atul Kulkarni, Govind Namdev and Sameer Dharmadhikari appear in the supporting roles. The film narrates the story of a persecuted wife of an greedy politician who takes on his role after he lands up in jail because of murder charges. Released on 7 February 2003, Satta received critical acclaim upon release and is considered one of the best performances of Tandon. The film was released on the same day as Khushi, Baaz: A Bird in Danger and Kash Aap Hamare Hote.

Suriyan Satta Kalloori is a 2009 Tamil action drama film directed by R. Pavan. The film features newcomers Kajni and Mithra Kurian in lead roles, with Radha Ravi, Pawan, M. S. Bhaskar, Ganja Karuppu, Aarthi, Kadhal Sukumar and Chaams playing supporting roles. The film, produced by Sivasakthi Pandian, had musical score by Deva and was released on 25 September 2009.
