Seaview Square Mall was a shopping mall located in Ocean Township, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. It has been repurposed as a power center and was renamed Seaview Square Shopping Center in 2012. The 856,000-square-foot (79,500 m2) mall, located at the intersection of Route 35 and Route 66, was originally constructed in 1977 as an indoor mall. It faced stiff competition from the more upscale Monmouth Mall, located five miles (8 km) further north on Route 35 in Eatontown. One of its four anchors never opened, and several smaller stores, and Stern's and Steinbach, two of its anchors, were victims of the then-indoor mall's then-state of decline. The mall was later redeveloped into a shopping center with Target, Costco, Burlington, Home Sense, Siera Trading, Marshalls, Home Goods, Petsmart, Starbucks, and others.

Bat Torah - The Alisa M. Flatow Yeshiva High School was a private Jewish day school located in Suffern, New York. In May 2011, the school had planned to move to the Teaneck Jewish Center. On July 25, 2011, it was reported that the school would not be opening for the 2011–2012 academic year. Mrs. Miriam Bak, the principal, cited an unexpected drop in 11th grade enrollment and higher-than-expected moving costs as the reasons for closing.
Solomon Schechter Day School of Raritan Valley was a Conservative Jewish day school that served students in kindergarten through eighth grade that was located in East Brunswick, New Jersey, United States, until its closure before the start of the 2013–14 school year. It was affiliated with the Solomon Schechter Day School Association. The school's mission was "To operate a financially sound Jewish Day School that offers a superior general studies program coupled with a rich program in Judaic studies in an environment that thrives on Jewish values", with classes in all grades averaging 18 students.
Chatham Borough High School was a public high school that existed until 1988 in Chatham Borough, in Morris County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The school became defunct when the Borough and Chatham Township merged their independent school systems to create the School District of the Chathams. The current Chatham High School shared by both municipalities occupies the building that had been used by Chatham Township High School.
