Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah (born 13 September 1980) is a Ghanaian transformational coach, mBIT Master Coach, corporate trainer, consultant, author, [1] and columnist. [2] [3] [4] [5] In 2019, he became a Fellow of the Crans Montana Forum (CMF), an international organization based in Switzerland. [6] In 2023, he became the first graduate globally to become a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom. [7] He is also the lead trainer and consultant at Zoweh Global Consult and he is the President and lead trainer for SLIT Africa, a non-profit organization based in Bloemfontein, South Africa. [8]

Scofray serves as the President of Eastern Konnect, a network connecting alumni associations in the Eastern Region of Ghana. [9]

Early life

Scofray was born on 13 September 1980 at Adweso, Koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He was born to Mr Ebenezer Yaw Otu as his father and Victoria Abena Kwakyewaa as his mother. He hails from Akropong Akuapem in the Eastern Region of Ghana. [10] [11]

Education

Scofray attended St. Dominic's Catholic School in Adweso for his basic education in 1995. [10] He had his secondary education at the Koforidua Senior High Technical School in Koforidua, from January 1996 to December 1998. He served as the president of the old students association up until the year 2020. [12] [13] [14]

He proceeded to the City and Guilds of London Institute, where he studied microcomputer technology and electrical-electronics engineering. [15] He is a certified professional trainer by IAPPD United Kingdom. [10]

In May 2021, he obtained a certificate in ontological mindfulness and ecological coach [16] from the Ideal Coaching Global in San Francisco, California, in the USA. [17] [18] He is also a trained facilitator at the Institute of Healing Memories in Cape Town, South Africa. [19]

In 2022, he completed a certifying training in mBIT Master Coaching from the NeuroCoach Institute in South Africa. [20] [21] He holds a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and Advance Diploma in Leadership studies from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) in the UK. [11] [22]

Career

Scofray has worked in several capacities as a brand expert, corporate trainer, transformational coach, writer, and author. As a Columnist, he has 34 publications to his credit at ModernGhana.com. [10] He is also a media analyst and the lead consultant for Zoweh Global Consult. [23] [24] He is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers. [19]

He is the current president of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ghana Chapter. The ICF is the largest and most credible professional coaching body in the world. [25] [26] [27] Presently, he holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation with over 2500 coaching hours [26] [28]

The Ahafo Region is a newly created region in Ghana with Goaso as its capital. The region has administrative and governmental legislature like all the ten already existing regions in Ghana. The region was carved out of the south-eastern part of the Brong Ahafo Region and was in fulfillment of a campaign promise made by New Patriotic Party.
