Scott McEachin (born December 12,1951) is an American politician who served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 67th district from 2016 to 2018. [1] [2]
Aston Donald McEachin was an American politician and lawyer who served as the U.S. representative for Virginia's 4th congressional district from 2017 until his death in 2022. His district was based in the state capital,Richmond;it included much of the area between Richmond,a portion of its suburbs,and Hampton Roads.
Jennifer Leigh McClellan is an American politician serving as the Virginia State Senator from the 9th district since 2017. A member of the Democratic Party,her district is located in the Greater Richmond Region. McClellan was previously elected to the Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2017,representing the 71st district. McClellan is Vice Chair of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus,and also a former president of the Virginia Young Democrats,vice-chair of the Democratic Party of Virginia and a current member of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). She was a candidate in the Democratic primary for Governor of Virginia in the 2021 election,coming in third place and losing the nomination to former Governor Terry McAuliffe.

Robert E. Lee is a bronze sculpture commemorating the general of the same name by Edward Virginius Valentine,formerly installed in the crypt of the United States Capitol as part of the National Statuary Hall Collection. The statue was given by the commonwealth of Virginia in 1909. On December 21,2020,the sculpture was removed from the grounds of the United States Capitol and relocated to the Virginia Museum of History &Culture.

The seat became vacant after incumbent Democratic representative Donald McEachin died on November 28,2022,of colorectal cancer.
