Pedzisayi Sakupwanya (also known as Scott Sakupwanya; born 1979) is a Zimbabwean businessman and member of parliament for Mabvuku-Tafara constituency. [1] [2] [3]

Sakupwanya is the founder and CEO of Better Brands, a gold mining dealing company. He also opened a free medical and maternity centre to help pregnant women and vulnerable patients in Mabvuku and nearby suburbs.

The facility, known as Scottland Medical Centre & Maternity, has been operational since March 2025. It offers free medical services to expecting mothers, elderly patients with chronic conditions, and others who can’t afford private healthcare. He was appointed as legislator unopposed in the recent by-election. [4]

He owns two football clubs. Scottland F.C., that as of 2025 plays in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League, and N’ombeyaora, playing in the Northern Region Division One. [5]
