Scream is an internationally distributed British horror film fan magazine which has been in publication since 2010. [1] Published bi-monthly and featuring articles and photos about films, books, games, comics, graphic novels, and more, along with celebrity interviews and on-location film reports, the magazine claims to be "the world's number one print horror magazine". [2]

Publication

The first issue of Scream was published in October 2010, featuring a cover story on the Joe Johnston film The Wolfman . [1] In 2014, Scream magazine launched iScream, which allows consumers to purchase issues of the magazine digitally. [3] [4] On 19 September 2016 the magazine became available at Barnes & Noble stores in the United States. [5] Beyond its digital availability or its availability through a subscription, issues of the magazine are carried by Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million in the United States, Chapters in Canada, Eason & Son in Ireland, and WHSmith in the United Kingdom. Chris Alexander is a Canadian magazine editor, film critic, director, musician, composer and freelance writer. Alexander was a member of the Toronto Film Critics Association and was an editor of film website ComingSoon.net and a writer for The Toronto Star's daily newspaper Metro News. In 2010 he became the editor-in-chief of Fangoria magazine, a position he held until September 2015, when he stepped down in favor of pursuing his directorial and music career. Alexander also stated that he intended to continue to contribute editorial content but that he also intended to focus on Delirium, a Full Moon Features magazine he launched with filmmaker Charles Band.

Lauren Christine German is an American actress. She had her first major role in the 2002 romantic drama film A Walk to Remember, followed by roles in the horror films The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) and Hostel: Part II (2007). From 2011 to 2012, German had a main role as DHS agent Lori Weston in the second season of the CBS police drama Hawaii Five-0, and from 2012 to 2015, she starred as Leslie Shay in the NBC drama Chicago Fire. In 2015, she began starring as detective Chloe Decker in the American fantasy comedy-drama Lucifer.

TiWest is an American film director, producer, screenwriter, editor, cinematographer, and occasional actor, best known for his work in horror films. He directed the horror films The Roost (2005), The House of the Devil (2009), The Innkeepers (2011), and The Sacrament (2013), and the Western In a Valley of Violence (2016). He has also acted in a number of films, mostly in those directed by either himself or Joe Swanberg.

<i>Scream 4</i> 2011 American slasher film

Scream 4 is a 2011 American slasher film directed by Wes Craven and written by Kevin Williamson. Produced by Outerbanks Entertainment and distributed by Dimension Films, it is the fourth installment in the Scream film series. The film stars David Arquette, Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Anthony Anderson, Alison Brie, Adam Brody, Rory Culkin, Marielle Jaffe, Erik Knudsen, Mary McDonnell, Marley Shelton, and Nico Tortorella. The film takes place on the fifteenth anniversary of the original Woodsboro murders and involves Sidney Prescott returning to the town after ten years, where Ghostface once again begins killing students from Woodsboro High. Like its predecessors, Scream 4 combines the violence of the slasher genre with elements of black comedy and "whodunit" mystery to satirize the clichés of film remakes. The film also provides a commentary on the extensive usage of social media and the obsession of internet fame.

Robert Joseph Camposecco known professionally as Bobby Campo, is an American actor. He is known for playing the lead role as Nick O'Bannon in the horror film The Final Destination.

Dread Central is an American website founded in 2006 that is dedicated to horror news, interviews, and reviews. It covers horror films, comics, novels, and toys. Dread Central has won the Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Award for Best Website four times and was selected as AMC's Site of the Week in 2008.

A Grim Becoming is a 2014 American horror comedy film directed by Adam R. Steigert. The film had its world premiere on October 31, 2014 and stars Brandyn T. Williams as a young businessman that finds he has become a Grim Reaper. Including writing, production for A Grim Becoming took place over a two and a half year period, with filming taking place in New York during the summer of 2013.

Samuel Joseph Qualiana is an American filmmaker and actor who has been involved in many low-budget horror film productions, most notably the 2012 film Snow Shark.

<i>The Barn</i> (film) 2016 American horror film

The Barn is a 2016 American horror film written and directed by Justin M. Seaman, and starring Mitchell Musolino, Will Stout, Lexi Dripps, Cortland Woodard, Nikki Howell, Nickolaus Joshua, Linnea Quigley, and Ari Lehman. The film is set on Halloween night 1989 and follows two teenage friends that end up accidentally resurrecting a deadly curse.

Art the Clown

Art the Clown is a fictional character in the Terrifier slasher franchise created by Damien Leone. The character originates from Leone's short films The 9th Circle (2008) and Terrifier (2011) in which he was portrayed by Mike Giannelli. However, he gained popularity when he was featured as the central antagonist in the anthology horror film All Hallows' Eve (2013).

Hug Chickenpenny: The Panegyric of an Anomalous Child is a 2018 American drama horror novel written by S. Craig Zahler. Published by Cinestate as the inaugural entry in their publishing imprint, the novel follows the life of the titular protagonist, an orphan child born with several deformities.
