The Venetian Marina & Yacht Club is a full-service marina located in Downtown Miami's Arts & Entertainment District, Florida, United States. It is located north of the Venetian Causeway on Biscayne Bay.
Until 2014 it was one of three venues that previously hosted the Miami International Boat Show. [1]

It is the location of an official nude beach, recreation areas and marina in the 99-acre Haulover Park. A fixed bridge carries State Road A1A across the inlet.

MarinaBlue, also known as Marina Blue, is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. The tower was one of the first buildings in Park West to be completed. Built by Hyperion Development, the developers of another building named Blue on the Bay further uptown, the building finished construction in May 2007. Marinablue is located across the street from the FTX Arena. The building rises 615 feet (187 m), and has 57 floors. Marinablue is almost all-residential, with some retail and office space on the lower floors. The building was opened to residential occupancy since the spring of 2008. The building currently stands as the 9th-tallest in Miami and the 10th-tallest in Florida, as well as the 5th-tallest residential building in the city and the state.
Haulover Park is a 177-acre (72 ha) urban park owned and operated by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces Department, located in metropolitan Miami, just north of Bal Harbour, Florida. The park is located on a shoal between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, just north of the Broad Causeway and Collins Avenue.

Collins Avenue, partly co-signed State Road A1A, is a major thoroughfare in South Florida, United States. The road runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean in Miami Beach, Florida, one block west. It also runs through the cities of Surfside and Sunny Isles Beach to the north. Collins Avenue was named for John S. Collins, a developer who, in 1913, completed Miami’s first bridge, Collins Bridge, connecting Miami Beach to the mainland across Biscayne Bay.

The Miami International Boat Show is an annual event in February, produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association in Miami, Florida, United States. It had previously been held in three separate venues; two in Downtown Miami, and the other in Miami Beach. In 2016 it was held at Miami Marine Stadium Park and Basin on Virginia Key, while Strictly Sail remained at Miamarina at Bayside Marketplace Marina. Over 1,700 companies that are NMMA members, produce more than 80% of the marine products used by recreational boaters and anglers in the United States. The North American pleasure boat market represents fully half of the global demand for these products and services, roughly $39.5 billion annually in just the United States alone.
The Arts & Entertainment District, or previously known as Omni, is a neighborhood of Downtown Miami, Florida. It is bound roughly by North 19th Street to the north, North 10th Street to the south, North East 2nd Avenue to the west, and Biscayne Boulevard to the east.
Black Point Park & Marina, oftentimes referred to as "Black Point," is the largest public marina located in Miami and it is part of the Miami-Dade Parks & Recreation department. The marina is also very close to Biscayne National Park. Black Point is a starting point for fishing and diving expeditions, especially among locals. The park consists of large picnic pavilions, grills, bikeways, jogging trails and a jetty, which extends 1.5 miles into Biscayne Bay.
