Chris Alexander is a Canadian magazine editor, film critic, director, musician, composer and freelance writer. Alexander was a member of the Toronto Film Critics Association and was an editor of film website ComingSoon.net and a writer for The Toronto Star's daily newspaper Metro News. In 2010 he became the editor-in-chief of Fangoria magazine, a position he held until September 2015, when he stepped down in favor of pursuing his directorial and music career. Alexander also stated that he intended to continue to contribute editorial content but that he also intended to focus on Delirium, a Full Moon Features magazine he launched with filmmaker Charles Band.
The Call of Cthulhu is a 2005 independent silent film adaptation of the H. P. Lovecraft short story "The Call of Cthulhu", produced by Sean Branney and Andrew Leman and distributed by the H. P. Lovecraft Historical Society. It is the first film adaptation of the famous Lovecraft story, and uses Mythoscope, a blend of vintage and modern filming techniques intended to produce the look of a 1920s-era film. The film is the length of a featurette.

It was directed by Michael E. Cullen II and written by Lindsey LaForest and stars Ari Lehman. Shot on location in Ohio, a fundraising campaign was started on Indiegogo to help supplement the film's budget. The film had its official premiere on March 12, 2016, gathering mixed reviews, and was also released on home media.
Krampus: The Reckoning is a 2015 American horror film written and directed by Robert Conway, and co-written by Owen Conway. Released direct-to-video, the film stars Monica Engesser as a child psychologist who is attempting to unravel the link between a mysterious young girl and the mythological creature known as Krampus.
