Searching for a Pulse/The Worth of the World is a split EP between American post-hardcore bands Touché Amoré and La Dispute. It was released on July 27, 2010, through No Sleep Records. The EP was the first split release for both bands and consists of two original songs from each band, all four of them featuring both vocalists.
Jordan Dreyer, the lead vocalist of La Dispute when interviewed was asked the reasons behind why they recorded the extended play and he states it was because of the close relationship his band shares with Touché Amoré, saying: "Both our bands share similar ideologies and approaches to music, so it made sense to collaborate on something". [5] Further commenting on how both he and Jeremy Bolm wanted the record to flow consistently between the music and lyrics: "so La Dispute tried to be aware of Touché’s strong points and tendencies musically throughout the writing process to give the record a pretty steady feel despite being from two different bands." [5]
No Sleep Records initially announced its release in May 2010 and was being planned for July 27, 2010 in the United States. The release was distributed on 7" vinyl which came with free digital downloads of the songs. [6] The first pressing of the release included three color variations: 500 Black/Gold Marble, 500 Black/Beige Marble and 1000 Black. [7] 75 were produced exclusively for the 2010 Sound and Fury festival [7] in Santa Barbara, California which included Touché Amoré on the line-up. [8] The festival was cut short however because of riots that broke out. [9] It was released in the United Kingdom on September 14, 2010, in which it sold out in seconds. [10] British magazine journal Rock Sound began to stream the tracks off the EP to coincide with its release in the United Kingdom. [10] Combining its three pressings, Including 48 copies made exclusively for Record Store Day 2012, 6,148 copies have been pressed since its release. [7]

Deathwish, Inc. is an American independent record label conceived by Jacob Bannon of Converge and Tre McCarthy in 2000. Their first release was Deeper the Wound, a split album between Converge and Japanese band Hellchild on April 23, 2001. Touché Amoré is an American post-hardcore band from Los Angeles, formed in 2007. The band consists of vocalist Jeremy Bolm, guitarists Clayton Stevens and Nick Steinhardt, bassist Tyler Kirby, and drummer Elliot Babin. Among other releases, they have released five studio albums: ...To the Beat of a Dead Horse in 2009, Parting the Sea Between Brightness and Me in 2011, Is Survived By in 2013, Stage Four in 2016, and Lament in 2020.
Pianos Become the Teeth are an American band from Baltimore, Maryland, formed in 2006. Their early musical style has been inspired by post-rock and early screamo acts, and they are a part of a post-hardcore music movement also represented by Touché Amoré, La Dispute, Defeater, and Make Do and Mend. The group reissued their well-received debut album Old Pride in 2010 through Topshelf Records.
Title Fight is an American rock band from Kingston, Pennsylvania, formed in 2003. They released three studio albums – Shed (2011), Floral Green (2012) and Hyperview (2015) – gradually shifting from a hardcore punk-oriented sound towards shoegaze and indie rock. Hyperview was released through Anti-, a record label to which the band signed in July 2014.
Somewhere at the Bottom of the River Between Vega and Altair is the debut studio album by American post-hardcore band La Dispute. Supported by three release shows, it was released on November 11, 2008, alongside Here, Hear II. through No Sleep Records on both CD and vinyl. The album's title is derived from an Asian folktale, which the album's lyrics loosely follow. The album received positive reviews by notable critics, and it remains as a legacy in the post-hardcore scene.
Never Come Undone is an EP by La Dispute and Koji, released on May 3, 2011, by No Sleep Records. This is the second split EP for both bands. The EP has one new song from each band, as well as a reimagining of "Last Blues for Bloody Knuckles" by La Dispute and a cover of Ted Leo and the Pharmacists's "Biomusicology" by Koji. The vinyl press was limited to 2,000 copies; 500 purple and black, 500 purple and 1,000 black.
Parting the Sea Between Brightness and Me is the second studio album by the American post-hardcore band Touché Amoré. The album was released on June 7, 2011, through Deathwish Inc. It was recorded and produced in five days with Ed Rose at his own Black Lodge Recording studio in Eudora, Kansas. The band was recorded live to give the album a more "honest/raw" feel. The band said they chose to work with Rose because of the work he had done with The Casket Lottery.
Make Do and Mend was an American post-hardcore band from West Hartford, Connecticut, that formed in 2006, who relocated to Boston. They released 2 EPs on Panic Records, a split with Touché Amoré and three full-length albums. While technically members of "The Wave", along with La Dispute, Touché Amoré, Pianos Become the Teeth, and Defeater, the band has since clarified that "The Wave" was merely an inside joke between those bands and does not represent a particular movement or subgenre in post-hardcore.
Wildlife is the second studio album by American post-hardcore band La Dispute, released October 4, 2011, on independent label No Sleep Records. Recording sessions for the album took place primarily at StadiumRed in New York City in April 2011. The band members took control of all of the production duties alongside the album's recording engineers, Andrew Everding and Joseph Pedulla. Wildlife was their last release on No Sleep Records before forming their own record label, Better Living.
...To the Beat of a Dead Horse is the debut studio album by the American post-hardcore band Touché Amoré. released on August 4, 2009, through 6131 Records. It was produced by Alex Estrada, while the album artwork was created by guitarist Nick Steinhardt. The album features guest appearances from Thursday vocalist Geoff Rickly and Modern Life is War vocalist Jeff Eaton. The songs "Broken Records" and "Honest Sleep" were rerecorded from the band's self-titled demo that was released in 2008.
Live on BBC Radio 1 is a live EP by the American post-hardcore band Touché Amoré. The EP was recorded live at BBC Radio 1 studio with the show's host Mike Davies and engineer Simon Askew. Live on BBC Radio 1 also features guest vocals from Jordan Dreyer of La Dispute. The two bands were on tour in the UK together and recorded back-to-back sessions at BBC Radio 1. Touché Amoré vocalist Jeremy Bolm said recording with BBC was an honor and that "It's so storied there, where The Smiths and Joy Division and the Beatles—think about that. So I mean, we felt out of our element in one sense, but still got caught up in all the excitement."
No Sleep Records is an American independent record label in Huntington Beach, California. They were founded by Chris Hansen in 2006 and have released records by artists including Balance and Composure, La Dispute, and The Wonder Years. They have released free sampler albums on the internet on a number of occasions and the label closely associates itself with vegan lifestyle and the revived interest in vinyl record sales.

Touché Amoré / The Casket Lottery is a split EP between the American bands Touché Amoré and The Casket Lottery. The album was released on October 2, 2012 through No Sleep Records. Each of the bands contributed one new song and one cover song. This EP marks the first release of new material from The Casket Lottery since 2003.
Hesitation Wounds is an American hardcore punk supergroup formed in 2012. The band was founded by Jeremy Bolm of Touché Amoré; guitarist Neeraj Kane of The Hope Conspiracy and formerly of The Suicide File and Holy Fever; bassist Stephen LaCour of True Cross and formerly of Trap Them; and Jay Weinberg, the son of Max Weinberg, who previously performed with Madball and Against Me!, and eventually joined Slipknot.

The album's title is in reference to it being the band's fourth album, and due to the central inspiration for most of the album's lyrics being singer Jeremy Bolm's mother, who died of cancer.

Jeremy Bolm is an American vocalist, record label owner, music producer and writer. In his music career, he is most known for being the full-time vocalist of the post-hardcore band Touché Amoré. He has also performed with the part-time bands Thriller, Deadhead and Hesitation Wounds. Outside of performing, Bolm runs the indie record label Secret Voice and self-publishes his own poetry zines.
