The Hyderabad Multi-Modal Transport System, commonly abbreviated as MMTS, is a suburban rail system in Hyderabad, India. A joint venture of the Government of Telangana and the South Central Railway, it is operated by the latter. The 90-kilometre (56 mi) system operates to cater the city of Hyderabad and the neighbouring suburban areas connecting Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Falaknuma, Lingampally, Medchal and Umdanagar with a total of 133 MMTS services. Currently 86 MMTS services are being operated due to the effect of COVID-19.

Yeduguri Sandinti Vivekananda Reddy was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Kadapa constituency of Andhra Pradesh. He was a member of the Indian National Congress. He was brutally hacked with an axe to death at his residence in Pulivendula, Kadapa district on 15 March 2019.

He also served as Panchayat Raj, Rural development and IT and Communication minister through an MLC post. Koppula Velama or Koppu Velama is a Telugu Warrior caste found in Andhra Pradesh, India. They are primarily found in the Uttarandhra region with smaller populations in other districts of the state. They are classified under the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and under Forward caste or General Caste (OC) by the Government of Telangana. They are politically well-represented in the Uttarandhra region. Koppula Velama is part of the broader Velama caste.

Ambedkar, an Indian polymath, statesman, social reformer and the father of the Indian Constitution. This Ambedkar's statue is 125 feet (38 m) tall and stands on an 81 feet (25 m) tall base building, making its total height 206 feet (63 m). It is the fourth tallest statues in India.

Mekapati Goutham Reddy was an Indian businessman and politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He was the Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected twice and served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Atmakur Assembly constituency on behalf of YSR Congress Party from 2014 until his death in 2022.

Buggana Rajendranath Reddy (born 27 September 1970) is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He is a two time MLA and also served as the Minister for Finance, Planning and Legislative Affairs in the Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's ministry. He has been nominated again by YSRCP to contest the Dhone Assembly seat in the 2024 Assembly Election.
