Selem Safar (born 6 May 1987) [1] is an Argentine professional basketball player of Syrian origin. [2] [3] He has also been a member the senior Argentine national basketball team, and their junior teams in the past.

As a member of the senior Argentine national basketball team, Safar played at the 2013 FIBA Americas Championship, the 2014 FIBA World Cup, and the 2015 FIBA Americas Championship.
