Selig ("Blessed") is a German rock band from Hamburg, which was most famous in the 1990s for a mixture of experimental 1970s rock and grunge.
Selig currently comprises Jan Plewka on vocals, Leo Schmidthals on bass, Christian Neander on guitar, Stephan "Stoppel" Eggert on drums, and Malte Neumann on keyboard.
Selig was formed in 1992 in Hamburg. The band initially had Jan Plewka writing the lyrics, and Christian Neander writing the music. They released their self-titled debut album in 1994, which peaked at the 35th place in the Top 40 on the German album charts. In 1995, they released their second album, Hier, and received an Echo Music Prize in February 1995. In May 1995, the band embarked on a nearly sold out headliner tour and also appeared in several rock festivals. In 1997, the band released Blender, which was recorded in New York City. The 5 band members separated after Knockin' on Heaven's Door was finished recording. In January 1999, the band announced its dissolution, [1] and released their Greatest Hits album in December 1999.
In August 2008, the band announced their comeback, [2] and released their first single, Schau Schau, [3] in March 2009.

Klee is a German pop band from Cologne. Named after German painter Paul Klee, the band was formed in 2002 by singer Suzie Kerstgens and musicians Sten Servaes and Tom Deininger. Klee's brand of pop music incorporates electronic as well as acoustic sounds and, in more recent years, the band has embraced chanson and schlager. Four of Klee's albums have entered the top 30 of the German albums chart.
And Then She Came is a rock band from Aachen, Germany. The band was formed as Krypteria, a gothic metal band. Originating from a 2001 "pop musical theatre studio project" of the same name, the idea was to use different vocalists, though German-Korean singer Ji-In Cho assumed the role of lead vocalist in 2004. One self-titled studio album was released under this moniker. The group went on hiatus in 2012 and later reformed as And Then She Came in 2016.

"Knockin' on Heaven's Door" is a song by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, written for the soundtrack of the 1973 film Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. The song became one of Dylan's most popular and most covered post-1960s compositions, spawning covers from Eric Clapton, Guns N' Roses, Randy Crawford, and more.

Xandria is a German symphonic metal band founded by Marco Heubaum in 1994. Originally a project, Heubaum later restarted the project as a band in 1999, and has gone through various lineup changes. The German vocalist Lisa Middelhauve joined for the debut album, co-writing both music and lyrics for the band until her departure in 2008. Middelhauve reunited briefly with the band in 2010 following the departure of the band's second vocalist Kerstin Bischof, but left again shortly after. Rosenstolz was a German pop duo from Berlin that was active between 1991 and 2012 and had chart hits in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The duo consisted of singer AnNa R. and musician Peter Plate, who occasionally provided vocals. Rosenstolz achieved major chart success after the nineties, with five studio albums going to No. 1 in the German albums chart. Although the duo split up to pursue separate music careers, they left open the possibility of a future reunion.

Peter Plate is a German musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. Between 1991 and 2012, he was the keyboardist and occasional vocalist of Rosenstolz, a German pop duo that had chart hits in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
