Seneca East High School is a public high school in Attica, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Seneca East Local School District. On December 1, 2011, Carey, Mohawk, and Seneca East announced they would be leaving the MAL to help form the new Northern 10 Athletic Conference in 2014 with Bucyrus, Buckeye Central, Colonel Crawford, Crestline, Riverdale, Wynford and Ridgedale.

St. Thomas Aquinas High School (STA) is a private, Catholic co-educational high school located in Louisville, Ohio, United States, run by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Youngstown. It was founded in 1964 to serve the Catholic families of eastern Stark County and parts of Portage County. When it opened, Aquinas enrolled both male and female students, but was a single-sex educational institution, as boys and girls attended classes within separate wings of the school. STA began practicing its current co-educational format in 1970.

Heidelberg University (Ohio)

Heidelberg University is a private university in Tiffin, Ohio. Founded in 1850, it was known as Heidelberg College until 1889 and from 1926 to 2009. It is affiliated with the United Church of Christ.

The Midland Athletic League was an OHSAA athletic league located in northwest Ohio that was formed in 1985. Mark King was the last commissioner. The league folded following the 2013-14 school year as its members found new league homes. The last day of league operation was June 30, 2014.

East High School was a public high school located in Cleveland, Ohio. It is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. East's sports teams were nicknamed the Blue Bombers. The school gymnasium suffered a roof collapse in 2000. On June 10, 2010 East High was closed by the 2010 Academic Transformation Plan that was issued by the Cleveland School System.

Harrison Central Junior/Senior High School is a public high school located in Cadiz, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Harrison Hills City School District. Sports teams are called the Huskies, and they compete in the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a member of the Buckeye 8 Athletic League as well as the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference.

Although the school's athletic teams have the mascot of the Hornets, the East Canton's girls' basketball team is nicknamed the Wizards. The East Canton boys cross country team has also been nicknamed the packmen due to their excellent pack running.

St. John Central High School was a private, Catholic high school in Bellaire, Ohio. It was a part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Steubenville. Their nickname was the Fighting Irish. They also had a symbol of an eagle. They were members of the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference. The Diocese of Steubenville announced on February 5, 2019 that the school would close in June 2019. St. John Central High School has no affiliation with St. John Central Academy. Although the same name and building are in use they are, in fact, two separate schools.

Buckeye Local High School is a public high school in Warren Township, Ohio, United States, near Rayland. It is the only secondary school in the Buckeye Local School District. Brunswick High School (BHS) is a public high school in Brunswick, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Brunswick City School District and the only high school in the city. Brunswick High School offers a comprehensive educational program consisting of ten Advanced Placement Courses and Honors-Level programming in all academic areas. The high school campus is located on East Possum Road in Springfield, Ohio. Springfield is located about 50 miles west of Columbus, Ohio, and about 35 miles east of Dayton, Ohio. The schools that generally feed into Shawnee include Possum, Reid, and Rockway Elementary and Middle Schools in Clark County.

Southern Local Junior/Senior High School is a public high school in Washington Township, Ohio, United States, near Salineville. It is the only secondary school in the Southern Local School District. Athletic teams compete as the Southern Local Indians in the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a member of the Eastern Ohio Athletic Conference as well as the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference.

Fort Loramie High School is a public high school in Fort Loramie, Ohio in Shelby County. It is the only high school in the Fort Loramie School district. The high school is located at 600 East Park Street. This building houses students in grades 7-12. Students in grades K-6 attend the Fort Loramie Elementary School which is located at 35 Elm Street. The district serves between 780-820 students in any given school year. The motto for the district and the community is: "A Great Place to Learn and a Great Place to Live!" The mascot is the Redskin and the school colors are red and black. They primarily compete in the Shelby County Athletic League, but play football in the Cross County Conference.

Garaway Local School District

Garaway Local School District is an Ohio consolidated public school district serving the towns of Sugarcreek, Baltic, Ragersville, Dundee, Fiat and Barrs Mills. Garaway is a member of the Inter-Valley Conference (IVC) along with East Canton, Hiland, Malvern, Newcomerstown, Ridgewood, Sandy Valley, Strasburg and Tuscarawas Central Catholic. Their mascot is the Pirates.
