Seonkyoung Longest is a Korean-born celebrity chef. She won the competition for Robert Irvine's Restaurant Express . Unlike her other competitors (besides Jan Charles), she was a self-taught home cook.
After moving to the US, food became an escape from day-to-day boredom. She began watching Food Network and creating meals with her own style.
As the result of her victory in a food competition show on Food Network in December 2013, she opened and became Executive Chef of Jayde Fuzion restaurant at the M Resort in Las Vegas, featuring a mixture of Japanese, Chinese and Korean small plates. [1] She left the restaurant after four months as she realized that her true passion was with her own cooking show on Youtube "Asian at Home".
She stars in and produces Asian at Home, an Asian food show and website geared at teaching simple methods for mastering Asian Cuisine.
Seonkyoung was interested in illustration from a young age, and started her career while attending high school. She trained as a cartoonist by working for a famous Korean cartoonist, Lee Hyun-se, helping in the production of his publications. [2]
Her interests then moved to performance art and dance. She became a member of the Seoul Street Artist group and entered competitions as a professional belly dancer.
She met her husband Jacob in Seoul, Korea, and moved to the United States in 2009.
Seonkyoung Longest was born and raised in South Korea, where she met her future husband Jacob Longest. They were married in Las Vegas in the presence of her mother and stepfather. She has been living in the U.S. since March 2009. [3]

Robert Paul Irvine is an English celebrity chef and talk show host who has appeared on and hosted a variety of Food Network programs including Dinner: Impossible, Worst Cooks in America, Restaurant: Impossible, A Hero's Welcome, Operation Restaurant, All-Star Academy, Guy's Grocery Games, Chopped: Impossible, and Restaurant Express. Alessandro Stratta is a celebrity chef and restaurateur of mixed Italian and French heritage. Stratta played the role of Iron Chef Italian on the television show Iron Chef USA. He was the recipient of the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef Southwest in 1998 and was executive chef and owner of his famous namesake restaurant, Alex, in Las Vegas until its closure on January 15, 2011. In 2016, Stratta became executive chef de cuisine at Prado restaurant at the Omni Hotel in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Hae Un Lee was a Korean-born American businessman and the chief executive officer of Lee's Discount Liquor, which he founded in Nevada in 1981, after immigrating to the United States from South Korea a year earlier. By 2006, the company had become the largest alcohol retailer in Nevada. As of 2017, it operated 22 locations statewide. Lee was a well known philanthropist in his hometown of Las Vegas, where he also owned the Koreatown Plaza shopping center.
