Serebryany Bor (Russian : Серебряный Бор) is the name of several inhabited localities in Russia.
Russian is an East Slavic language, which is official in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as being widely used throughout Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, the Caucasus and Central Asia. It was the de facto language of the Soviet Union until its dissolution on 25 December 1991. Serebryany Bor is an urban locality in Neryungrinsky District of the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) from Neryungri, the administrative center of the district, on the Amur–Yakutsk Mainline, in the Aldan Highlands. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 4,163.
Urban-type settlement is an official designation for a semi-urban settlement, used in several Eastern European countries. The term was historically used in Bulgaria, Poland, and the Soviet Union, and remains in use today in 10 of the post-Soviet states.
Neryungrinsky District is an administrative and municipal district, one of the thirty-four in the Sakha Republic, Russia. It is the southernmost district of Sakha and borders Aldansky District in the north, Olyokminsky District in the west and northwest, Amur Oblast and a small area of Zabaykalsky Krai in the south, and Khabarovsk Krai in the east. The area of the district is 98,900 square kilometers (38,200 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Neryungri. Population : 21,019 (2010 Census).

Rovensky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-eight in Saratov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,100 square kilometers (810 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Rovnoye. Population: 16,654 ; 18,329 (2002 Census); 18,275 (1989 Census). The population of Rovnoye accounts for 27.2% of the district's total population.
Saratov Oblast is a federal subject of Russia, located in the Volga Federal District. Its administrative center is the city of Saratov. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 2,521,892.
