Sergei Ivanov (born 5 January 1958, in Haapsalu) is an Estonian politician.
He graduated in 1982 from Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in Automation and Management Systems and in 1992 from the St. Petersburg State Institute of Political Science and Management.
He was a member of the Riigikogu from 1995 to 2007, representing a number of parties, including the pro-Russian coalition Our Home is Estonia, the Estonian United People's Party, and the Estonian Reform Party.
From 18 June 2000 to June 2002, he was the chairman of the Russian-Baltic Party. In 2009, he joined the Social Democratic Party. [1] He attempted to represent the party at the Riigikogu elections in 2011, but failed to get elected. [2]
He was the head of the Tallinn Russian Museum from 2010 to 2011. [3]
The Estonian Centre Party is a centre-left populist political party in Estonia. It was founded in 1991 as a direct successor of the Popular Front of Estonia, and it is currently led by Jüri Ratas.

Taavi Rõivas is a former Estonian politician, former leader of the Reform Party and former Prime Minister of Estonia. Before his term as the Prime Minister, Rõivas was the Minister of Social Affairs from 2012 to 2014. On 9 November 2016 his second cabinet dissolved after coalition partners, Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica and Social Democratic Party, sided with the opposition in a no confidence motion. At the end of 2020, Rõivas announced quitting politics, and resigned from his parliament seat.
Kaja Kallas is an Estonian politician who has been serving as the prime minister of Estonia since 2021. The leader of the Reform Party since 2018, she has been a Member of Parliament since 2019, and previously between 2011 and 2014. Kallas served as a Member of the European Parliament between 2014 and 2018, representing the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe. Prior to her election to Parliament, she was an attorney specialising in European and Estonian competition law.

Electoral district no. 2 is one of the 12 multi-member electoral districts of the Riigikogu, the national legislature of Estonia. The electoral district was established in 1995 following the re-organisation of the electoral districts in Tallinn. It is conterminous with the districts of Kesklinn, Lasnamäe and Pirita in Tallinn. The district currently elects 13 of the 101 members of the Riigikogu using the open party-list proportional representation electoral system. At the 2019 parliamentary election it had 111,135 registered electors.
