The flag of Albania depicts a silhouetted black double-headed eagle in the center of a red background. The red stands for bravery, strength, valour and bloodshed, while the Eagle – traditionally the symbol of Albanians – represents the sovereign state of Albania. The flag was established as the national flag of Albania when the country gained its independence from the Ottoman Empire in 1912.

The Department of Neutralization of Armed Elements commonly known by its acronym RENEA, is the main Albanian counter-terrorist and critical incident response unit. The force was constituted in the early 1990s in response to the growing crime levels in the country after the fall of communism. RENEA's responsibilities are rescue operations, hostage situations, counter-terrorism and response to particularly violent forms of crime. Since 1990, the unit has lost four men in action and more than forty wounded. Their skills are highly regarded and well thought-of inside Albania and in the West, they are reported to have one of the highest OPTEMPOs in all of Europe and they have been trained by GSG 9.
Tuzi is a small town in the central region of Montenegro, and the seat of Tuzi Municipality. It is located along a main road between the city of Podgorica and the Albanian border crossing, just a few kilometers north of Lake Skadar. The Church of St. Anthony and Qazimbeg's Mosque are located in the centre of the town.
Sergius is a male given name of Ancient Roman origin after the name of the Latin gens Sergia or Sergii of regal and republican ages. It is a common Christian name, in honour of Saint Sergius, or in Kyivan Rus', of Sergius of the Holy Caves, one of saint Fathers of Kyiv, Saint Sergius of Radonezh, and has been the name of four popes. It has given rise to numerous variants, present today mainly in the Romance and Slavic languages. It is not common in English, although the Anglo-French name Sergeant is possibly related to it.
Novica Urošević was a Serbian folk singer and composer. Some of his most famous folk song compositions include: Ne može nam niko ništa, Ne daj da nas rastave, Svako traži novu ljubav, and Poslednji boem. He had composed many songs and written lyrics for many singers, including Mitar Mirić, Zorica Brunclik, Jašar Ahmedovski, Ipče Ahmedovski, Jasmin Muharemovic, Šerif Konjević, Šeki Turković, Dragana Mirković, Zorica Marković, Nada Topčagić, Nedeljko Bajić Baja etc. He has also made great hits for Šaban Šaulić, Miroslav Ilić, and Bora Spužić Kvaka.
