Set It Off is the debut album by American rap metal band Shuvel from Wichita, Kansas. The album was released on August 29, 2000, through Interscope Records. It was recorded in Bay 7 Studios in Valley Village, California and produced by Scotch Ralston.[1] That same summer, the band was featured on the Ozzfest 2000 lineup with bands like Pantera, Godsmack, Sevendust, Crazy Town and Kittie, they were featured on the second stage.[3] The album consisted of the singles "Hit List" and "Set It Off".
After the album, the band didn't release new music until 2006 and 2009 before disbanding in 2011 after several members leaving such as Jeff and Kyle Hollinger.[4]
