7 Car Pileup was a groove-based rock band from Tempe, Arizona. It has heavy roots in old-school funk and a small hint of jazz. The band consists of Mark Mason (vocals/guitar), Jess Pruitt (bass), and Mike Vigil (drums). Their name is taken from the TV show Scrubs . [1]

History

7 Car Pileup self-produced their debut album in a home studio in a house they all lived in. [1] The self-titled album was released in late 2008. [2]

The band recorded an EP with Music Producer Bob Hoag at Flying Blanket studios in Mesa Arizona in March 2009. The song Drive-In from their EP was the FM102x song of the day on June 23, 2009. [3]

7 Car Pileup opened for Authority Zero at the 2009 ASU Polytechnic Home Coming, [4] Cage the Elephant at the Marquee Theatre, and The Crash Kings.

Delorentos are a Dublin-based Irish alternative rock band, formed in 2005. They consist of Rónan Yourell, Kieran McGuinness, Níal Conlan and Ross McCormick. Cage the Elephant is an American rock band from Bowling Green, Kentucky that formed in 2006. They relocated to London, England in 2008 before their first album was released. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Matt Shultz, rhythm guitarist Brad Shultz, lead guitarist Nick Bockrath, guitarist and keyboardist Matthan Minster, bassist Daniel Tichenor, and drummer Jared Champion. Lincoln Parish served as the band's lead guitarist from their formation in 2006 until December 2013, when he left on good terms to pursue a career in producing. The band's first album, Cage the Elephant, was released in 2008 to much success, spawning several successful radio singles and gained the band a large following in both the United States and the United Kingdom. It was influenced by classic rock, funk, and blues music.

Eyes Set to Kill American Post-Hardcore/Metalcore Band

Eyes Set to Kill is an American post-hardcore/metalcore band from Phoenix, Arizona. The Rodriguez sisters, lead guitarist Alexia and bassist Anissa, along with vocalist Lindsey Vogt started the band in 2003. Lindsey Vogt departed the band in mid-2007 due to issues with management. Lindsey would go on to form a solo project known as "The Taro Sound", and eventually form the band "The Attraction." After Lindsey's departure, Alexia assumed her position as lead vocalist as well as guitarist. Anissa left in late 2016.

"Back Against the Wall" is a song by American rock band Cage the Elephant. It was released as the fourth single from the band's 2008 self-titled debut album. In the issue dated March 6, 2010, the single peaked at number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. This is the band's first number one single.

The discography of American rock band Cage the Elephant consists of five studio albums, one live album, one extended play, 17 singles and 18 music videos. The band released their self-titled debut album in June 2008. It peaked at number 59 on the United States Billboard 200 and at number 18 on the Billboard Top Alternative Albums chart. The album has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked", the album's third single, peaked at number 83 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became a top 50 hit in Canada and the United Kingdom. The singles "In One Ear" and "Back Against the Wall" both topped the Billboard Alternative Songs chart.
