The Betwa is a river in Central and Northern India,and a tributary of the Yamuna. It rises in the Vindhya Range (Raisen) just north of Narmadapuram in Madhya Pradesh and flows northeast through Madhya Pradesh and Orchha to Uttar Pradesh. Nearly half of its course,which is not navigable,runs over the Malwa Plateau. The confluence of the Betwa and the Yamuna rivers is in Hamirpur district in Uttar Pradesh,in the vicinity of Orchha.

It is also responsible for result declaration of Board examination. It was set up in 2001 and has its headquarters in Ramnagar. At present more than 10,000 schools are affiliated with the Board. Saeed Murtaza was an Indian politician. He was a member of 6th Lok Sabha from Muzaffarnagar constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Saeed Murtaza died on 30 September 1996 by natural causes.
