Shekhar Paleja is Canadian author, film, television, theatre and voice-over actor. His novel, "An Extraordinary Destiny" was published in 2017 by Brindle & Glass (Victoria, Canada). He's also authored two children's books, published by Annick Press (Toronto, Canada), under the name "Shaker Paleja".

His voice-over work is known to anime fans of such series as Lego Jurassic World, Angel Links (Seihō Tenshi Enjeru Rinkusu) , and he regularly guest stars on numerous live-action series such as Battlestar Galactica , Smallville , Riverdale, Arctic Air, Sanctuary, Kyle XY , The L Word , and Touching Evil as Sammy Rashaad. Film roles include Food for the Gods , Elegy with Ben Kingsley and Dennis Hopper, and The Day the Earth Stood Still with Keanu Reeves. [1] [2]

Among his most recent and recurring roles are those of Dr. Patel in Riverdale, Gordon App in Arctic Air, Dr. Pradeep in Motive, Keslow in Second Chance, Officer Bob in Gracepoint, Bikram Singh in the Canadian crime drama, Shattered , and "Ravi" in season 2 & 3 of Sanctuary. [3]

Theatrical premiers include the Canadian premieres of "The Invisible Hand" at Pi Theatre, "Men in White" at Arts Club, "King Charles III" at Arts Club, and "My Granny the Goldfish" at Arts Club.
