Shams Aghahuseynova (born 12 June 2010) is an Azerbaijani rhythmic gymnast. [1] She represents her country in international competitions.
Shams made her international debut in 2023, when she was selected to represent Azerbaijan at the 2nd Junior World Championships in Cluj-Napoca. There she was 7th in teams along Nazrin Abdullayeva and Nuray Ahmadzada, 13th with hoop and 21st with ball. [2]
In 2024 she participated in the Gymnastik International Tournament in Schminden, where she took bronze in teams and silver with ribbon. [3] [4] A couple of months later she took part in the 1st Rhythmic Gymnastics European Cup in Baku, where she took silver in the junior ribbon final. [5] On 22 May she won team bronze with Ilaha Bahadirova, Fidan Gurbanli and Govhar Ibrahimova at the European Championships in Budapest. [6] In late October she competed at the Gymnasiade in Bahrain, winning silver in the All-Around. [7]
Linoy Ashram is a retired Israeli individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2020 Olympic All-around Champion, the 2018 World All-around silver medalist, two-time World All-around bronze medalist, the 2020 European All-around champion, and the 2019 European Games All-around silver medalist. She is the third Israeli athlete and first Israeli woman to win an Olympic gold medal in any sport, and the first Israeli rhythmic gymnast to win an Olympic medal. She became the first rhythmic gymnast from outside a post-Soviet republic to win a gold medal at an Olympics where former Soviet states participated.
Anastasiia Kostiantynivna Mulmina is a Ukrainian retired rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2012 European Junior bronze medalist in ball.
Alexandra Ana Maria Agiurgiuculese is a Romanian-Italian individual rhythmic gymnast who represents Italy. She is a World Championships silver and bronze medalist, and she competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Agiurgiuculese was the first Italian gymnast to win the Longines Prize for Elegance. At the national level, she is the 2019 Italian National all-around champion and three-time Italian National all-around silver medalist.
Lala Dmitrievna Kramarenko is a Russian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2019 junior world champion in ball and clubs and the 2018 European junior champion in ball and ribbon. At the 2021 European Championships, she won team gold. She is also a three-time junior national all around champion (2017-2019) and a two-time national all-around silver medalist (2020-2021).
Alina Aliaksandraŭna Harnasko is a Belarusian individual rhythmic gymnast and former junior rhythmic gymnastics group gymnast. She is the 2020 Olympic all-around bronze medalist, 2021 World Championships all-around silver medalist and ribbon gold medalist, 2020 European all-around silver medalist, and twice Grand Prix final all-around silver medalist.
Milena Baldassarri is an Italian former individual rhythmic gymnast. She won silver in the ribbon final at the 2018 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships. She competed in the individual all-around at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. She qualified for the finals at both Olympic Games.
Sofia Raffaeli is an Italian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2024 Olympic bronze medalist, 2022 World all-around, hoop, ball, ribbon and team champion, the 2023 World all-around, hoop and ball silver medalist, the 2023 European silver all-around medalist, and the 2024 European all-around silver medalist. Stiliana Nikolova is a Bulgarian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2024 European all-around champion, the 2022 World all-around bronze medalist and hoop, clubs, and ribbon silver medalist, the 2023 World ball bronze medalist and team competition champion, and a two-time European all-around bronze medalist and champion in the team competition. At the national level, she is a two-time national champion and the 2022 national all-around silver medalist. She competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics, where she came in 11th place.
Mariia Olehivna Vysochanska is a Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast. She represented Ukraine at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics in the group all-around. She won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships in 3 ribbons and 2 balls. She won two gold medals, a silver medal, and a bronze medal at the 2020 European Championships. She also won a silver medal at the 2023 European Championships and a bronze medal at the 2024 European Championships.
Daria Atamanov is a retired Israeli individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2022 European all-around Champion, and the 2023 World Championship all-around bronze medalist. She is also the 2022 European Championship silver medalist in hoop, clubs, ribbon, and the team bronze medalist. On a national level, she is the 2022 & 2024 Israeli National all-around champion and a two-time Israeli Junior National all-around champion. Atamanov represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the Women's rhythmic individual all-around and came in fifth in her first Olympics.
Zohra Aghamirova is an Azerbaijani rhythmic gymnast who competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics and the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Margarita Kolosov is a German rhythmic gymnast. She is a two-time German all-around champion. She is also a two-time team silver medalist at the World Championships
Darja Varfolomeev is a Russian-born German rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2024 Olympic all-around and 2023 World all-around gold medalist and the 2022 World all-around silver medalist. In 2024 she became the 2024 European all-around bronze medalist. At the national level, she is a two-time national all-around champion as well a two-time all-around junior champion.
