Sharif Galal (born in Alexandria, Egypt) is a DJ and radio announcer best known for his work at Triple J in Australia. He grew up in a British boarding school.
He first started as a DJ in Alexandria in 1985. A year later, he was working for Radio Cairo, broadcasting a show co-mingling Middle Eastern and English new wave pop music. He moved rather quickly after this, moving to work as a DJ — firstly in the UK in 1987, and the following year to Melbourne, in his new home country, Australia. He studied at Melbourne University and in 1989 he returned to radio, working at Melbourne's 3RRR.
In 1993, he moved to Sydney where he formed his own nightclub "Sub Club" at Kinselas. He worked for Warner Music for two years as their Dance music Consultant. The next couple of years were spent working for SBS, both in their television and radio departments — as a researcher, journalist and broadcaster. He was part of the team that developed the television show Alchemy for SBS television.
In 1995, he mixed a DJ set on the Triple J show Mix Up. He was subsequently hired by Triple J to fill the dance music gap left by Andy Glitre's departure. The show was named The Groove Train, and both it and Mix Up have been in Galal's capable hands ever since. The show was awarded the Dance Music Awards Best Radio Show in 2000 and 2002. Galal still works as a freelance compilation consultant for BMG Australia.

Julius O'Riordan, better known by his stage name Judge Jules, is a British dance music DJ, record producer and entertainment lawyer. He is known for his DJ activities, music production and long-running radio show which achieved global success. He was voted best DJ in the world by DJ Mag in 1995.
The Avalanches are an Australian electronic music group formed in Melbourne in 1997. They have released three studio albums Since I Left You (2000), Wildflower (2016), and We Will Always Love You (2020), and perform live and recorded DJ sets. John Michael Safran is an Australian radio personality, satirist, documentary maker and author, known for combining humour with religious, political and ethnic issues. First gaining fame appearing in Race Around the World in 1997, Safran went on to produce a series of documentaries, television shows and host radio programs.
FBi station is an independent, not-for-profit community radio in Sydney, Australia. FBi places a heavy emphasis on local emerging music: it has a policy that at least 50 per cent of its music content is to be Australian, of which at least half comes from Sydney musicians.

Daniel Paul Merriweather is an Australian R&B recording artist. Merriweather's debut solo album, Love & War, was released in June 2009. It entered the UK Albums Chart at number two. It was preceded by two singles, "Change" and "Red", which both made the top 10 on the related singles chart. Merriweather has won two ARIA Music Awards, Best Urban Release in 2005 for "She's Got Me" and Best Male Artist in 2009 for Love & War.

Linda Marigliano is an Australian television and radio presenter, podcaster, musician and DJ, best known for her work on FBi Radio and Triple J. She also played bass guitar in the indie rock band teenagersintokyo. Marigliano currently resides in Sydney and is of Italian and Chinese Malaysian descent.
Storm the Studio was a radio program that aired on Australia's 3RRR FM radio station during the late 1980s and early 1990s. DJ "Steve Polak" presented the program, which focused on a combination of dance music tracks including house music, hip hop, industrial music and acid house. The program was notable for cultivating a large following within Melbournes dance community and alongside Triple M's Live from the Ivy program, was one of Australia's first radio programs not to focus on rock or pop music.
Kiss FM is a narrowcast dance music station based in Melbourne. Broadcasting on various frequencies between 87.6 and 88.0 FM in Melbourne. The station's programs are also networked to Orbit FM, a local narrowcaster in Cairns, Queensland.
"Treaty" is a protest song by Australian musical group Yothu Yindi, which is made up of Aboriginal and balanda (non-Aboriginal) members. Released in June 1991, "Treaty" was the first song by a predominantly Aboriginal band to chart in Australia and was the first song partly in any Aboriginal Australian language to gain extensive international recognition, peaking at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play singles charts. The song contains lyrics in Gumatj, one of the Yolngu Matha dialects and a language of the Yolngu people of Arnhem Land in northern Australia.
Langomi-e-Hau Latukefu, better known as Hau Latukefu, or sometimes MC Hau or simply Hau, is an Australian hip hop musician and radio host. He is best known as half of the duo Koolism and as the host of Triple J's hip hop program and Sky High on Double J.
Nina Elizabeth Agzarian, known professionally by her stage name Nina Las Vegas, is an Australian radio host, DJ and music producer. From 2009 to 2014 she was the host of House Party on national radio station Triple J. She released compilation albums, House Party Volume 1 and House Party Volume 2, which appeared on the ARIA Charts. In 2015 she started her own music recording label "NLV Records". Las Vegas is also signed to the label.
Tom Tilley is an Australian television and radio presenter and journalist. He was previously the host of daily radio news program Hack on Triple J between 2011 and 2019.
