Shen Pingan (born 20 April 1994) is a Chinese professional racing cyclist. He rode at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. [1] He also competed at the 2014 Asian Games. [2]

The 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships were the World Championships for track cycling in 2015. They took place in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines at the Vélodrome de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from 18–22 February 2015.

Ping An International Finance Centre is a 115-storey supertall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong. The building was commissioned by Ping An Insurance and designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
