Sherrod Small (born August 15, 1973) is an American stand-up comedian and actor.
Small was born and raised in the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn, New York, by his mother Barbara and two sisters Bridgette and Tanya . [1] Small is a cousin of Chris Rock. [2]
Small is a regular at the Comedy Cellar and Comic Strip Live in Manhattan. Sherrod was a regular on VH1's The Best Week Ever and served as a regular guest and stand-in host of Fox News's late-night satire program Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld . [3] He once choked fellow comedian Mark Normand for making a joke about his set going long. [4]

The Comedy Cellar is a comedy club in Manhattan where many top New York comedians perform, sometimes referred to as the "Harvard of comedy clubs". It was founded in 1982 by then stand-up comedian, and current television writer/producer Bill Grundfest. It is located in Greenwich Village on 117 MacDougal Street between West 3rd Street and Minetta Lane. Above the club is a restaurant called The Olive Tree Cafe to which it is connected, where many of the comedians hang out after performing. The club is owned by Noam Dworman, who inherited it from his late father Manny in 2003. It is being booked by Estee Adoram, who has developed the club's talent for nearly four decades. The businesses share the same menu, kitchen, and staff as the Olive Tree Cafe.

He was a correspondent on The Daily Show on Comedy Central and hosted Red Eye on Fox News. He has been a supporting cast member on Fox News' Gutfeld! since the show premiered in 2015. Stand Up NY is a comedy club located in Manhattan’s Upper West Side on 236 West 78th street. Founded in 1986, the club is one of New York City’s oldest, always featuring diverse lineups of well-known and local comedians. Comedians Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, and Jon Stewart performed here. Gutfeld!, known as The Greg Gutfeld Show from 2015 to 2021, is an American conservative news and political satire talk show on Fox News Channel, created and presented by Greg Gutfeld. It airs at 10:00 P.M. ET on weeknights. In the event of breaking news, the show is preempted by an extra hour of Fox News @ Night. The show debuted on May 31, 2015, with Greg Gutfeld as host and Kat Timpf and Joanne Nosuchinsky as panelists.
